Section A: Establishment and Structure

I. The Watch Dogs Organization is created to ensure the continued protection of the members of the Independent Colonial Era.
II. It shall be comprised of the Party Investigation Agency and the Strategic Protection Agency. Each of those will be separate entities with duties of its own.
III. The Watch Dogs Organization will be a public organization with operations made public at their conclusion. However, the Party Investigation Agency and the Strategic Protection Agency will be at the disposal of the Chairperson.
IV. All missions will be directly controlled by the Chairperson, who may appoint a Director of the Party Investigation Agency and a Director of the Strategic Protection Agency. All missions, however, must be approved by the ruling Triumvirate made up of the Chairperson, Speaker of the Assembly and the Chief Justice.
V. All non-covert tasks for the Party Investigation Agency must be approved by a majority vote from the Independence Assembly.

Section B: Procedure and Employment

I. The employees of the Watch Dogs Organization and the Party Investigation Agency will be approved by the Chairperson and be made public. However, the employees of the Strategic Protection Agency will be approved by a majority vote from the aforementioned Triumvirate, a through background check completed and their identities concealed.
II. Security Reports must be provided to the applicant and the Triumvirate before the decision is made. All applications must be messaged to the Chairperson.
III. Any employee who talks of any mission s/he is assigned will be tried for treason or immediately banned, depending on the severity of the crime, decided upon by the Chief Justice.
