Thought I should take some pics of the old girl. TUrns out it was origianly sold to the Canadian army, so I decided when I rebuilt her that I would try and make it look as close as I could to what it did originally. Unfortonately, there is little to no documentation on the canadian army and the CJ3B, so I used the M606 as my reference. I was able to track the history of it fairly well, originally sold to the army, then sold surplus to Molson Canada. They owned it something like 36 years, then to northern Ontario to a retired mechanic. He had it for close to 15 years, then to a farmer near me. The farmer used it to check fench lines and for hunting. ![]() ![]()

35943 I am in the registration db , picked it up in NB not far from gagetown army base but only traced back to civilian snow plowing ... '57 was a low production year in 50's so figured at 200 3B's a week they were only 2 or 3 weeks apart ... twins you might say Randy |
