I like it! I don't mean to be picky, but the windshield top is missing the slight arc... I'd still wear it as is though, gets the high hood part across nicely. :) Add a medium to the feeler order quantity please.

Other opinions. I dig what JohnRB says about the small logo polo version. Also, I kinda like the "Jeep CJ-3B" vs "The CJ3B Page." At antique shows I'm often the only jeep there, so people would find the model more interesting than my forum preferences.

chrysler lost its grill battle already to gm who used it on the humv,
and chrysler never produced a 3B;

copyright is a funny thing, you can copy something all you want, the
copyright holder has to get excited and then do all the work;

it would be just silly for chrysler to get excited about this, and since
no money is being made they would have even less interest ...

next time i complain to chrysler about anything i would have noproblem
putting a 3B grill on my letterhead and a " © me " next to it ...

just my 2cents ...
57 3B : big speedo / Hurricane / YF 938 SD / IAY-4012 / T90 / D18 / 5.375 final drive / open diffs / Firestone 6ply Military NDCC / 12v Delco SI alt / Kayline Top / venting windshield / tub patched / "still fixing leaks one at a time"

89 wrangler : h/duty axles + 5spd / 200+hp 4.2L / arb locked / multiport fuel inj / warn hubs+winch / 1/4 mil km / fishing+trail riding / gets me to work

I'm shocked that they would care about our limited purchase size. Perhaps it's simply an issue of making money off the trademark. As phooey as it is to have a trademark retroactively applied back far enough to cover 3Bs. Especially when 1) It's a giant ad for them; and 2) I doubt they'd ever make a 3B fanboy shirt themselves.

How much were they wanting to allow the printer to do the design, or was it more of a cease and desist request? Seems like some sort of agreement should be reachable.

What if we as a group bought the rights to use his artwork for personal use. Something round-a-bout like that we paid for the labor, not the design. And after discovery of its infringement we have prevented its use for profit.

Then we can all print it locally at our own risk (and send a small donation to the artist in appreciation). Or. Have any printing he does be on our behalf. It's usually legal to hire someone to do something that is limited to personal use (like jailbreaking the iphone). He could make money through a sizable handling and shipping fee. I guess then shirts would be crossing state lines and it becomes a federal matter at that point. Perhaps someone knows the legality of this.

lol, We could say "Sorry we're not copying a Chrysler Holding's trademark, that's a Japanese Domestic Market Mitsubishi CJ-3B." (Although they may have trademarked the attributes in Japan as well.) Or a Mahindra, they still make the 7 slats in India, maybe DC doesn't have the trademark there. I doubt a company in a different country cares about a small group of people making likenesses, much less has the capability to sue them...

The 2a page has a guy that made some calenders & ran into problems with them,, It was the Willys calenders maybe some of you might have them,, Greed makes people ugly ,,, I think we all have paid for the right to use even the Willys name since they got some of the money as did Chevy from Mr Oboma to bail them out,,

The shirts that Roberto are proposing also have the CJ3B and the seven slant grille on them! How does he get by it? Maybe we should charge and extra .50 cents and send it to them?

I say run with it until they tell us to stop. If one of the shirts make it to Detroit or where ever Fiat-Chysler is we should be proud!

I know someone that does silk screening, want me to run it by her? Is this design going to be on the front or the back?
