I need a little education from the experts, I have an opportunity to add to the fleet with my first 3b. Its in original condition, no rust, paint is excellent for an original, some nice patina, wheels and tires are original so they probably need replace. Original cloth seats and a canvas top. I don't have the speedo miles, doesn't smoke, rides out nice. What would you guys expect to pay for something like this, any thoughts? The seller doesn't have a good idea of price either, and I know its worth whatever the buyer decides to pay, but I was looking for a range . Thanks Todd |

Todd, without seeing it up close and personal, or at least some up close photos of it, or knowing quite a bit more about it, that's going to be a tough shot to call. I've seen non running 3B's in sad shape sell for a grand or more, but I've also seen decent running, non-rusted and straight bodied one's sell in the $1500 - $2500 range. |

what you describe sounds nice. i would pay up to 5 for something unmolested and clean like you are describing. but, if it turns out needing work, unless you are going to do the work yourself, the mechanics have to be tight and the body 95% to 99% solid or walk away. it will cost you more to have it fixed than what you can buy somewhere else. |
