Sure, Sgt. Betty isn't a pure 3B, but she's close enough for enjoyment Click the link for some pictures of her at Rausch Creek last weekend.http://www.flickr.com/photos/maclir/sets/7...ith/6053449748/ And here are some videos: http://www.youtube.com/drtheglide#p/u/5/p5oKyCWuhNM http://www.youtube.com/drtheglide#p/u/1/91ZA-Ndb9uQ http://www.youtube.com/drtheglide#p/u/0/ZeI8TVrAGRU Appearances in these two (15 mins long each): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBZIBX_9SIg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyL-nUc2zsY ![]() Camp Heep VII by maclir, on Flickr Hoorah for old iron! Sgt. Betty kept up with lifted JKs on 33s... and that was with flat springs on 30" rubber. Plus she put a big smile on my little sister's face! (it was her first time offroad) |

She's in the stock 2 point lap belt... just hard to see. I sure wouldn't mind getting safer restraints for the passenger side. It's not getting into the jeep, but the turn signal that gets me. I'm always getting into my DD and setting the wipers off instead of its turn signal. heh reversed negative... Yeah, my center crossmember skidplate got all sorts of love from rocks. It always seems to get beat up. It's a shame the engineers didn't give 3Bs a factory designed tummy tuck. Thank you Roberto! |

Gotta love the sound of the diesel in a jeep! Comforting to know that we sound about the same... Sometimes I wonder if I'm louder than the semis passing me lol. Here's the mitsu at 50mph, on a road trip getting it home with my Mom and fiancee after I bought it. http://www.flickr.com/photos/maclir/501192...157625005291356 Btw, your 3B is fantastic! I dig your hardtop. |

Well, my friends think more or less the same as you, but my jeep is more like a green tractor or something like that! Noisy, really noisy! And those fumes...ouch! She really needs to be revised and more maintenance care... Regarding the hard-top, it´s quite useful during winter but with warm temperature...it´s a problem! Or so I think. It could be dismantled, as it´s attached with nuts and bolts but at the exterior I should eliminate all the bondo and paint which were applied by the later owner and this would be another consuming work! And yes, I´m jealous of your Mitsu! It´s a CJ3B with real character! |
