I'm having a hard time finding 18 gauge sheet metal locally for the parts of my tub that require it. I need if for small patches and I'd rather use new since it would have straight factory edges to work from. Lowes, Home Depot and Rural King sell small sheets of 16 ga. but not 18. I found a place online that sells small quantities but I don't know if I need hot rolled or cold rolled. I don't know the difference. Anyone know which is standard for body panels? Thanks |

Thanks. I found that during a search but the wheelhouses look to be 18 gauge and that's where I'm patching. I've got several spots where a 3 X 3 or so patch is needed. |

Thanks Jeeper. There's not one in my town but there is in Louisville, about two hours away, where I still have family. Looks like it may be time for a visit. |
