I had this set-up for my clutch. Posted Image

That cylinder is garbage, and my new brake set-up won't leave enough room for a similar location.

Was the stock cylinder frame mounted? Anyone have any pics handy?

No.

As you see it, brake master is on the left, clutch on the right.

The stock MS was mounted on the frame about a foot or so back from the steering gear box. There should be some bolt holes there . If you look down through the round cover plate in the floor board on the drivers side you should be able to see where it was mounted, the cover plate was there to be able to check the brake fluid in the MS.
Old retired fart living in Ione, WA. I have a 1964 CJ3B. Recently overhauled original motor, transmission and overdrive. 11" Bronco drum brakes on all 4. Needs a new coat of paint but that will have to wait till next summer, it's next summer and I'm working on that now :) UPS & FEDEX will continue to profit :)

Thanks gold,

I'm going to mount the new brake master to the firewall where the 'old' one was.

The new brake master setup won't leave quite enough remove for the hydraulic clutch master.

I have just run across wilwood.com and their master cylinders. They have pretty small units that might fit the bill for my clutch set-up.

Decisions....
