Update. After adjusting timing, the jeep runs well!
Thanks to all! Now to figure along with many other issues, fixing lights. Fog lights work but no headlights. Foot switch change to start with?

Check fuse on headlight switch. not sure if you mean parking lamps, if they work your fuse should be good. Check wiring connections on Lt fender and check for voltage using a meter or test light.
