The Autolite IAD series is called the dustprof distributor.

The IAT series is for use with vacuum advance. (Not original on CJ's)

The original parts were Autolite which became Prestolite in 1963.

Oldtime, by the way this 54 3b was converted to 12volt is that going to effect part #'s. for points and condensor? I figure cap, rotor and wires won't matter. Steve

Steve, I would check into the Pertronics parts for your distributor. Throw away the old points and condenser and do not fuss with them any more. Check with the Willys works in Tucson for the correct parts for your distributor, once you install them no more messin' with the points and condenser on your F-head. I think the engineers would have installed this then if they new about it.
It is a real easy up grade to the F-head engine and it eliminates a lot of head aches down the road.
But again if you are a died in the wool jeep guy then go with the points and condenser replacement.
I like the Pertronics set up, It has been trouble free and does not require any adjusting every time I start the CJ -3B.

Use the 12 volt condensor that I listed for IAD parts.
Technically you will be using the specific IAY condensor that was intended for use with 12 volts.
It has a specified capacitence thats rated for use with the proper 12 volt coils.

When using Jeep numbers, one generally uses the latest number that Jeep provided.
I may still have additional Autolite and Prestolite numbers on my personal inventory of OEM parts.

The Car Quest chain sells the excellent quality Standard Motor Products which also includes the Hygrade carburetor kits.

The dustproof cover is not a normal replacement part.
I don't know of any sources for that but I'll get the part number so that you can search for NOS.
Also you might try posting a WTB.

Ken,
I'm showing in 15-03 - DISTRIBUTOR AND ATTACHING PARTS

A-9316 Plate seal

This is the closest match to the diagram in my PM that indicates it is a Plate, seal, assembly (in Group 15-03)

If I were to offer a suggestion, I'd contact Pioneer Garage in Peabody, MA

http://www.thepioneergarage.com/

Call them, don't send an email.

Yeah Russ, that's the correct part.
It also has an Autolite number, IAD 2015.

Perhaps Harry Sheets of Midwest Willys has one.
