If you haven't already, go to the CJ-3B bulletin board site (and regularly) and check out the great explanation for this topic as well as all kinds of great information from some very experienced and knowledgeable people willing to share. As a result of the above on the topic, I added the following results of my search for mentioned parts... Hi guys. GREAT info. It inspired me to see what I could find still available. Here is what I found mostly IN STOCK listed... Napa Online for IAY distributor shows these part#s for DJ3A... Echlin: Points ECH CS725A, Condensor ECH AL868, Cap w/brass tips ECH AL110, Rotor w/brass tip ECH AL130 (AL 104= IAT?, IAY/CB3 site info),HP 12V coil ECH IC1600 (ext resistor), Ceramic Resistor #Delco-1.82 ohms ECH ICR13 or #Autolite 1.35 ohms MDE ICR11SB, Wires...Supression BEL 700168 or Metallic BEL 700172. (One note, the Al 104 rotor mentioned earlier in thread shows for IAT distributor at NAPA) It's encouraging to see we can still get quality tune up parts for our old projects. Thanks for all the excellent explanations and info. SteveK |
