Betcha those are hard to come by. My 56 one had been backed into a log or stump and was crushed inwards. That was a TOUGH repair. You can probably forget ebay as I don't remember seeing one in all the time I'v been watching DJ stuff. Several years and more now. If nobody speaks up if I were you I'd continually keep an eye on EWILLYS. I'v managed to come up with some pretty amazing parts there by asking questions, some of which weren't being advertised. Including solid back panel braces, gas tank tube, complete dash, Guages and switches, wiring, heater and more. The ones to ask questions about would be something that was almost junked anyway, or maybe converted to 4 wheel drive and removed the gas tank and laid it aside somewhere. Sometimes you'll get no answers at all but if they've got the right DJ who knows what else they might have laying around. The odds are of course low but its especially rewarding when the stars aline and something does turn up, especially when you wasn't expecting it. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help Charles |
