I have a Nike Free uk online sale pair of DS10s and like them a lot for short / medium runs. I appreciate the forefoot being nice and wide as I guess my toes are wider than normal. The ride is (for me) a touch too hard but they¡¯re well made, simple shoes, the sole looks reasonably durable for racing shoes and they are a good value. Sent from my iPad I¡¯ve probably put more miles on the Skechers GoRun Strada over the past year+ than any other shoe model. The reason is that I¡¯ve been involved in wear testing the shoe since its earlies Nike Air Max 90 87 Mens sale t prototype iterations. The shoe has come a long way in that time, from a first run where I was ready to ditch them mid-way, to refined versions that I enjoyed running in more and more as they arrived at my door. I¡¯ve now put a decent number of miles on the final production version and am comfortable sharing my thoughts. A new study by a group of researchers from Luxembourg seems to lend additional support to this idea. On his blog, Running Research Junkie, Craig Payne summarizes the research by saying: I was basically injury free for 20+ years (until trying minimalist shoes), and for most of that time, I would use one pair at Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse Mens uk a time. Like some other dude in the forums a couple of weeks ago, a good shoe would last thousands of miles until it totally disintegrated. With a bad shoe, I might have made 10-300 miles before I would notice it causing pain in my knees. This would go away immediately switching to a good shoe. What we need is a prospective study comparing a group given one shoe to train in for say 12 weeks, and another group give Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse Womens sale n 2-3 pairs to rotate. That should help sort this out. |
