PSP with ARM9 Processor?; WTF is this?

Why is it that the ARM company apparently claim that the PSP has an ARM9 processor? The PSP has a MIPS processor correct? Here is the link to the ARM website about the PSP and ARM9. Here is the page where MIPS technology mention the PSP.

Can someone please explain why ARM has a page about the PSP?

I would assume the 3000 models are using the processor.

@muhu
If you look closely, the picture on the ARM website is a PSP 3000! This could mean one thing...maybe the reason the custom IPL doesn't work on 3000 because it might use an ARM9 processor to launch the IPL, thus the processor wouldn't be able to understand the IPL and couldn't launch it properly...but of course I may be mistaken as the PSP 3000 still uses a MIPS processor because it can still launch UMD games...but it is possible that the new PSP 3k uses an ARM9 processor for kernel processes and uses the MIPS processor for UMD games for reverse compatibility..idk, i'm just saying it might be possible...
