Trouble with my server

Hi! This afternoon I tried to create my own server but despite all the tests that I have made (using original and modified guns.txt, testing firewalls and ports forwarding, with net framework installed) my server doesn't appear in the list of the servers.
What can I do?
Thanks for your answers!

The log is :

CSPSP Server v1.21

I need some info to help you further:

How are you connected to the internet?
Example: My computer -> Router -> Modem -> Internets

Do you have any firewall software, other than Windows Firewall?

Is CSPSPServer.exe added as an exception in Windows Firewall?

Did you forward your port that you are using in your config.txt?

When you forwarded your port, did you forward UDP or TCP?

Did you read Spec's guide?

Did you try to manually add the server to your favorites and see if you can connect from there? Sometimes you can't see your own server.

When port forwarding, make sure that you are using you internal IP address. To find this out, go to Start>Run>cmd>ipconfig. Your internal IP will be shown as "IPv4 Address...........:192.168.1.xxx" or something like that. This is all I can think of that would be the cause of this problem. Either that, or the master server has gone ballistic again. I'll try to host my server soon, and I'll let you know how it goes.
My signature? Tis a silly thing to read.

My Pc is connected with a modem-router that is connected to the internet (Modem and router are all-in-one thing).
Windows Firewall is disabled so i don't have to add an exception. I have Eset Smart Security installed and I have added an exception. I tried to turn off the firewall with no positive result.
I have forwarded port 42692 manually (TCP & UDP) and I have also tested the port with an utility by portforward.com (http://www.portforward.com/help/portcheck.htm) and the port is open.
I have read spec's guide.
I have also added manually the server to my favorites but it doesn't work.
Any other suggestion?
Thanks.

Edit : I was wrong while turning off my Eset Smart Security. There is a new event :
I insert again the server IP in the favorites and while connecting on the psp (it says Connecting... -> No response retrying connection...) on the CSPSPServer Main Window on my PC it says nicohack connected but on my psp it says still No response retrying connection...
Meanwhile my server was "online" other users tried to join it but obviously they came out because of no response of my server...
Help me please!

EDIT 2 : There is two new news : one good and one bad.
The good one is that other users can join and play on my server.
The bad one is that I can't join my server on my psp!!! It says No response : Retrying connection... Why??

+1 Respect for actually reading my guide, and English in general.

Do you have NAT?

Do you have NAT?

Yes, I have NAPT.

Edit :

THE END! I did it!!! xD
Solution : TheDarknezz gave me the inspiration lol.
I made some tests and these are the results :

Disabling NAPT for all the devices (PC, other devices connected by Wi-fi) :

1) My PC (Ethernet) is connected to the internet
2) The Wi-Fi Devices aren't connected to the internet...

Why? Because the wi-fi devices need the NAPT.

So...What I have done? I have assigned static IPs to my Wi-Fi Devices and to my pc (Ethernet):

1) Wii (:D) : 192.168.1.20
2) My PC (Ethernet) : 192.168.1.7
3) My PSP : 192.168.1.77
4) My Netbook : 192.168.1.94

Then I have enabled NAPT only for the range of IPs from 192.168.1.19 to 192.168.1.95...Thereby the NAPT is enabled on my Wi-Fi Devices but not on my PC.

It works! Thanks to all who have helped me!
See u on CSPSP Online! xD
