I know... I don't quite understand it. I *think* it may have to do with not burning out the fuel in brain cells prior to the test.. I read that SOMEwhere....

I don't like studying before a test. Usually I've done so much by the time it's there if I read anything more I'd actually forget what I knew. Day before tests is relax and get it off your mind day.

My Exam Routine:
Relearn entire course in the space of a day. You'd be surprised how quickly I can learn things when pressured.

Develop accute insomnia, and lie in bed trying to sleep.

After eventually getting to sleep, wake up an hour later, check comics and the forum to help activate brain.

Leave 2 and a half hours so I get there in plenty of time. Study key topics on bus and at Uni.

Didn't do that well last term cause I got distracted half way through term when my laptop stopped working.

Official MFD strategy to beat the Balrog in Third Age:

Have Idriel cast Aura of the Valar on your party members, Gandalf last.

Benethor does his Leadership things... then attacks if still standing.

Elegost/Hadhod uses the Arnor Mushrooms on Gandlalf, and then... they can die, I guess.

Gandalf casts Bolt of the Valar every turn until the Balrog dies. Don't worry about health (Aura of the Valar gives you full HP/AP back) or action points (Shrooms make them moot).

Most of your characters should level up at the end, so no worries about health.

Later, my strategy (this time with no deaths) for defeating three Nazguls which appeared at random in Emnet Gully!

I almost screamed, but then they started dying, so yeah. Everyone leveled up, and Elegost leveled up twice!

I just got Morwen. She sucks.

MFD, you know if you use some of that Morghul decay, his armor disappears entirely, and you can finish him of MUCH faster.

Use it on the last boss too, and you'll be set. He's a pushover...

Now, the elephants... I don't wanna talk about them...

Alright, now I'm stuck on the Power Bomb Guardian. Probably do better tomorrow though.

I find it sickening that a pig runs the Glitzville Hot Dog Stand. The Mushroom Kingdom never stops to amaze me...

Not yet, just now got to Glitzville, but I do know who the partner is.

I'm thinking of naming him "Pedro"

I've spent a lot of time on this weird little game I got... Blinx 2.

Kinda weird actually... Bipedal cats make time in a factory.. and have Time Vacuums(tm) that suck up crystals. Which are apparently what time is made of.

Then there are space pigs that have weird extra-dimensional equipment things. And tanks.

There voice acting is kinda weird, but I still like the game. I'm a sucker for quirky platformers and puzzle games. :P And the character creator is friggin' huge...

Anybody else know of it?

I'd heard they were making a sequal to Blinx... never knew it would be so wonky, though... O_o

Hey, keep in mind that you can control what color yoshi you get by saving before the critical battle and then waiting a certain amount of time. Don't get stuck with a color you don't like (I got pink yoshi, but I didn't know you could change it.)
