*sighs* High priority moves, killer smash, godly recovery, alot of mind tricks, several spikes(air cutter makes a great spike in certain circumstances and levels), great arials, cheap ass anti-recovery stone(nerfed, you can't escape stone mid air as easy), better copy abilities than in melee, no stupid fireball crap(his original dash, while weaker, was much more flexible, its intended to be a suprise, or to take advantage of momentary weakness), decent grab/roll game, small(hard to hit), and finally his copy abilities are just superior imo(falcons punch got nerfed just as bad for kirb as for c. falcon, bow sucks vs boomerang, Fox's lasers don't have knockback or quite the imact they used to, and pk flash just sucks while pk fire is meh)... I'm probably missing some things. An important thing to note is that you NEED to master short hops, because Kirby's normal jump is orbital. I would say that while Kirby is definately top tier in SSB, he's not exactly broken. He'll make the difference in an otherwise close skill game, but he's not so broken you can take people several skill ranks above you if your mismatched like in SSBM-_-'. Every single damn SSB character has a viable strategy. This is the advantage of a small cast that lacks tons of clones, I think. |

Not really. Yes and no. The lasers obviously act differently regardless. I'm not saying it shoots any faster or slower, I'm saying the laser itself is different. |

Savage Released for Free! To install, follow the steps here: http://www.s2games.com/savage/downloads.php As it recommends, install SEP-2F, which is the latest version Savage Enhancement Project. Unzip contents over your Savage folder. Direct link: http://www.evolvedclan.com/index.ph...file=SEP-2F.zip Modified from Wikipedia: The developers call Savage a Real Time Strategy Shooter. Originally released in the summer of 2003, it was made free on September 1st 2006 in anticipation of the release of Savage 2. There are two sides: Humans and Beasts. The game can be played with 64 players at most. Each team has a commander who plays an RTS: researching weapons, placing buildings to be built and commanding everyone. The other players on the team play an FPS. They kill the enemies, help build buildings and gather resources. Commanders can assign officers who help coordinate the soldiers, allowing for intricate coordination. There are also worker NPCs on both teams who are directly controlled by the commander for construction and resource gathering. The soldiers fight using a melee weapon, which is unique to their unit, and a selectable ranged weapon, which have no unit restrictions. Each race has unique strengths and weaknesses. The Beasts are proficient at melee attacks as they can leap towards their enemies and their first weapon line is completely melee based. Humans, on the other hand, focus on ranged attacks more because they lack special melee weapons. The community is still alive and you can usually find at least two full 64 player servers at 10pm GMT and some smaller ones. Minimum System Requirements: Windows® 98, ME, 2000, XP or Linux Controls: Mouse and Keyboard CPU: 600 MHz processor Memory: 128 MB RAM Drives: 4x CD-ROM and 600 MB Hard Drive space for installation Video: GeForce or Radeon series graphics cards Online Connection: 56k modem Recommended System Requirements: Controls: 3 button mouse with a scroll wheel CPU: 1000 MHz CPU or better (subject to change) Memory: 256 MB RAM Video: GeForce4 or better (or OpenGL compatible Video Adapter card with 64 MB RAM) Online Connection: Broadband (Cable Modem, DSL, or better) |

Ha ha ha, awsome! I thought the Humans would be the side I enjoy more, but they actually suck pretty hard. However, being a Beastman, and especially a Behemoth, is awsome! The Beastman Leap is far better then the Human Block, and their Magic attacks seem more effective then the Human Guns. Now if only the Behemoth was better at hitting people (Despite the fact that you're swinging a tree, you can only hurt humans with a direct hit... But man they go flying if you score that hit) |

Actually I just saw a human team win! Completely ignore enemy aggressors and focusing on resource gathering seems to work well... Oh, and the whole "ammo" thing doesn't work for me. edit: Humans rely ALOT on their leader. Buildings are really all the human team has going for them. |
