I think Nintendo is taking this revolution thing seriously. I think they are planning to take over the US and Japan with their armies of darkness. (ie: brainslaves like us)

He is summoning all armies unto him.

Oh, and page 400. w00t.

Heh, I guess Nintendo's hoping and praying that people won't be so busy playing the old games that they forget to buy the Revolution games...

You can wear through the old games real fast, believe me. And they won't care how long you spend on them as long as they get to sell them to you.

I am hoping they will restart the production of SNES style games. They are cheaper to manufacture and far more enjoyable from my point of view. They are not a lost art due to all the gameboy crap that is still churned out periodically.

..Okay, ignoring my amazement that Treasure is actually making a sequel to one of their much beloved games, I must state my confusion:
What exactly do you mean, Notimportant? Why for any reason would a company not desire their products to be sold?

He said that they hope that people WON'T be so busy playing the emulated games that they'll forget to buy new ones.

I'd respond to that, but I'm incapable of reading text, seeing as I'm blind.

So while Sony and Microsoft fly into the face of a risky future, Nintendo doesn’t have to worry about winning this round. They only need to survive. And by Microsoft attacking Sony, Nintendo really doesn’t have to do much to stay in the game. Just keep doing what they have been doing.

And, perhaps not so surprisingly, that’s what they’ve been saying all along, “We’re a game company. We make cool games. We’ll keep making new games. That is all.”

Seems like this pretty much sums up what he's saying.

Yeah, that's basically it.

Nintendo's being a top competitor by not being one. Makes sense but doesn't at the same time. ^_^;

Nintendo, while being smaller than Sony, makes as much as ALL of Sony. Not just the entertainment division. They are an insanely efficient company that makes a whole lot a profit with very little expenditures.

They are planning on doing this old-school. Make new products and sell them for one hell of a profit. Take as few risks as possible. Microsoft and Sony are wasting too much capital on things likely to fail and are trying to pump their stock prices instead of really doing business. There is also some spec, but little concrete.

Actually, the French would be "Vive le revolution!"

See, "vive" is the subjunctive imperative, which translates roughly to "Long live," or such.

Wait, I seem to have missed an interesting topic here. HoMM 3 was very good. Why, I renember first getting the Heros of Might and Magic Companion like it was yesterday, then I renember learning the cheat codes for the dragons and dominating over most of the game.
When I'm bored, I like to wander around and cast X-Zone on random things.

I spelled it the way it sounds. Close enough. Actually, I just don't know much about French beyond the basics, and nothing about writing it. ::runs away before someone can start lecturing::

I just don't know much about French

You made that quite clear from this:
