It only happened once, and then never again after my dad ran virus-check software. But it does freeze up for a few seconds every now and then whenever I run a program not native to or similar to a native program, IE, games.

Well, I've never had a BSOD while GBA'ing on my 'puter, i HAVE had BSOD'd, even on XP, though I'll admit it was rare there. And BSODs are more common, the more you muck with your computer...

So yeah.... I've seen 'em a lot ^_^

Speaking of DOS games, Bethedsa is letting people download Arena for free.

Never had BSOD here, had major system freeze on occasion but never BSOD.
When I'm bored, I like to wander around and cast X-Zone on random things.

I must ask why more people don't even comment on Kirby Canvas Course. The shit is fun.

Not bananas. FUN.

New DS game. Came out this week. A witch turned Kirby into a ball, and you have to use a magic paintbrush that paints rainbows to guide him through various levels. All the fun of Kirby, with the stylus.

No, the fun of Kirby is floating around, devouring things, and CONTACT DAMAGE IS RECIPROCAL HELL YEAH!

This sounds like Marble Madness, though. That game was fun.

Except for floating (Kirby lost his arms...), that sounds about right.

>.@ When, exactly, did Nintendo decide that Kirby was about rolling and being a ball, rather than about all the things GJ mentioned above? THAT was Kirby, not Kirby Golf or the rolling Kirby game where you tilt the Game Boy...

Since he was the roundest, and theerefore the most suitable for a name-brand game like those. Marketing, my dear.[/phony accent]

I'm going to pretend that you were baroned, because I said that there IS devouring, and there IS reciprocal contact damage.

When did Nintendo decide that Mario was about racing go-karts? Oh nevermind, they didn't, they're just trying to make a different game and tie in a well-loved universe.

You just started her off on a rant about how Kirby keeps leaving his roots, MFD.

Well, floating IS part of his character. ANd remember how just because he was round he was the test subject in Tilt'n Tumble? Remember Kirby Pinball?

And Sonic Spinball. And Pokemon Pinball. And Dr. Mario.

This is not a pinball game.

But they DO retract from his character by removing floating, non?
