Ok, I'm gonna break down and buy Canvas Curse(along with Psychonauts) next week. I've too many good reviews, I'd be stupid NOT to get it. |

I'm being pressured to buy a game for a trip, so yeah I'm buying canvas curse too. Edit: and the reviews part is true too. This is the third time I've had people earily mimicing me lately... creepy coincidences suck. |

The only DS game I've had the opportunity to see so far is Metroid, which... didn't really take the best advantage of the system, I think. It was nice to have the little map/status display, but it just seeemed to be lacking something. Listening to the gaming community at large, it sounds like that's the problem with many if not most DS games. The dual-screen and the stylus is just too much for game companies to wrap their minds around. So here's my question. What DS games have stood out as having REALLY used the new design well? I'd like an excuse to pick up a DS, but so far I haven't seen anything that really tempts me. Maybe I'm having trouble wrapping my mind around the new design as well. ... [size0]Although A Boy and His Blob just MIGHT be tempting enough. Call me loopy, but I loved the original. |

Well, there's this pacman game that's supposed to be about 100* more fun than it looks that utilises the system pretty cleverly... |

Super Mario 64DS (the Rec Room is filled with minigames utilizing the touchscreen), WarioWare: Touched, and Kirby Canvas Curse. Nintendogs comes out, soon, too. Like, August... ish. Yoshi Touch and Go, too, but that's less of a game and more of the same level over and over. Still fun, though. |

I think it would be neat if there was a game like Civilization that didn't end, and had new tribes introduced, while schisms were created inside your culture. That would kick all kinds of ass. |
