Been playing Dynasty Warriors 4: Empires a lot recently. It's like they combined Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Dynasty Warriors into one excellent game... Plus mixing and matching my All-Star Empire comprised of some of my favorite generals from other empires is definitly neat. Good game if you like the DW franchise but want something new.

Um... you do know that Dynasty Warriors has been based off of RotK since the beginning, right?

Yeah, I know. But there is a line of turn-based strategy games for the PS2 called Romance of the Three Kingdoms as well. Dynasty Warriors is in the RotTK time, but is an action game.

DW: Empires combines the Turn-Based Strategy Game as you build up your empire, make alliances, recruit new troops, and take over the map, and the Action Game as you control your leader unit in the battles.

EDIT: The Tessen games are the RotTK era as well, if I'm not mistaken, or the second one is at least.

OH. Thought you were refering to the book itself.

So I got and played Canvas Curse a bit, its pretty fun. Definately a worth purchase. I'd say its better than all the other kirbies but Super Star.

I still say the first Kirby on the NES was the best.

Well the first kirby ever was for the gameboy(I should know because I own both). And Super Star takes the NES Kirby to town(more moves per power beats more powers). Anyways I think you'll like canvas. I like what they did with wheel, I like it almost as much as I do fire. Beam is more trouble than its worth. And that sums up the powers I got to test before my DS ran out of juice(it hasn't been recharged in forever).

That's something we may not agree on. Of course, one of my favorite games is Shining Force, which has more characters than Chrono Cross, so....

Well, I've seen eight of eleven powers in KCC: Beam, Wheel, Fire, Balloon, Missile, Needle, Spark, Stone.

I like Missile the best.

But... but... Pokemon is devouring my soul. I have open games in Orre, Hoenn, and Kanto. Do I beat Colosseum (Ein's Lab), Ruby (leveling up before Elite Four), or Fire Red (Just entered Mt. Moon) first?

You're almost "done" in Ruby, so I'd say finish that one first, then Colosseum, then FR.

That's just me, though.

Sure. I thought I was near the end, but I only have 25 Shadow Pokemon... and Eagun never e-mailed me...

Figured that I'd have more pokemon and more people would use the e-mail system before the end of the game...

EDIT: What about it blew? I mean, it plays like any other pokemon game, except for stealing pokemon instead of catching them...

You get a free Espeon every time you start a new game.

Bite me, Mecha. :P

EDIT: Only...25...?

Excuse me one minute.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I'm..*snicker*...sorry... Really, I am.

Yeah...if you want Ho-oh, you're nowhere NEAR done. Hell, if you just want all the Shadow Pokemon, you're STILL nowhere near done....

I just hated the fact you were FORCED into 2-on-2 battles.

I'll level with you.

In order to get Ho-oh, you have to capture all 48(!) Shadow Pokemon, some of which you can only get after the "final boss" and some of which you'll only get one shot at, and purify them all.

Then you need to clear Mt. Battle, but NOT THE ONE IN STORY MODE! You need to do the Mt. Battle mode in Battle Mode.

THEN you get Ho-oh. Fortunatly, you don't have to purify it.
