I bet you walked into the prison in that mutant city I forgot the name of. They're touchy. Oh, and don't take more then 6 points of strength. You get powered armor not too far into the game, and it adds 4 to str, and some amount I can't remember to endurance. Possibly 4. |

I know it isn't an rpg, and thus is an anathma(sp?) here, but has anyone heard about Civilization IV coming out? In some ways, it sounds good enough to leave me a drooling and twitching heap. In others, such as its selling out and going 3D, worries me significantly. |

So...Soul Calibur 3 is PS2-exclusive. My fury will know no bounds. Seriously, "Arrgh!" and stuff. It also makes absolutely no sense. The GC version of SC2 not only sold better than the other two, (admittedly, that owed a great deal to Link whoring himself out, but that's besides the point) it also was by far the best console for it, just in general, due to the awesomeness of the GC controller. Having played all three versions, I can say that the GC controller was, by and large, the easiest and best controller to play SC2 with, almost to the point of making the game unplayable on the other consoles because of the crappy controllers. Stupid Namco...that character creater had damn well better be worth it.... |

I only got it on GC because of Link. I hated the controller configuration for it on GC... |

The only problem I had with the GC was with the A and Y buttons, and quick trip to the config menu to switch them around solved that problem. My problem with the PS2 controller was with the location of the analog stick. I have small hands, so I have to extend my thumb to use the analog stick, and it gets kinda uncomfortable, which is not something you want when playing a fighting game. And I only have the old, large, and clunky X-Box controllers, so that's immediately out of the picture. |

Yea, I had a nerdgasm when I heard about that. And what do you mean sold out? I think it's a welcome change. The graphics in Civ II and III hurt my eyes... |

The easyist way to get power armor is to go directly south of the city you start at, but save after every square, because you'll die alot trying to get there. |

Anyway, since I want a taste of some good Kirby-SNES loving, which SNES Kirby game could you recommend? |

Well, for one, a bunch of pissed off FF/FE/Disgaea fanboys/girls, but that's neither here nor there. - Notty, Games and Stuff. | |

Kirby Superstar. Hands down, the best of the SNES Kirby games, and possibly the best Kirby game ever. It features "Return of Meta-Knight" which is a totally kickass game, plenty of fun Kirby Variations, and even tons of mini-games. |

Thanks, I'll get Kirby Superstar and I'm already playing Kirby's Dreamland 3 , good fun and the graphics remind me of Yoshi's Island in some ways. |

I just did the power armor quest with a new character, and on the way back i ran into a herd of bramin. sure! lets encounter the wild herd. what can bramin do to you? I asked my self as I told the game to start the encounter. DO NOT GO NEAR THE BRAMIN. They have secrets! powerfull deadly secrets that will make you cry. T_T they are not the helpless, cuddly two headed cattle you think they are! they are lean, mean Explosive devices! They make daisy cutters look lik daisy pickers! They make the MOAB run back to mommy. They make nukes look like wet firecrackers! They give a whole new meaning to the terms shock and awe. AND cattle mutilation! Beware for not even power armor can save you from the wrath of the BRAMIN!!!! |
