It is better... I just would have maybe liked another silly mission in between the showdowns... For Spider-man 3, I fully expect the Sinister Seven. I mean, Sandman is the main villain of the third movie, that's a given that the game will feature Hobby, Sandy, and Venom. I don't know what the S7 roster is, but from the first two games, we have: Kraven, Vulture, Shocker, Mysterio, Doc Ock (may stay dead, because he IS a movie villain). Introduce, say... Electro, Beetle (and maybe someone else, or keep it S6, if they wanna leave Ock dead), and we could have the team to fight in Spider-man 3. Oh, that would be a difficult battle Royale... EDIT: Oh, wait. Rhino was in the games, too. So. S7, then: Kraven (1) Beetle (Perhaps 3) Vulture (1) Shocker (1 & 2) Mysterio (2) Electro (Perhaps 3) Rhino (2) |

You are correct! So, they'd have six villains already... they'd only need to intro one more for the S7, or they could just stick with the S6! Brilliant! EDIT: How could I forget! He suddenly had that tail-laser that was... surprising... for me! |

What are you talking about? Spiderman 2 was a bit of a let down in my book. It was arguably shorter then Sly Cooper 1, and a good bit less fun. Most of my time was spent in transit getting to locations I needed to be, and a lot less was spent fighting fun villians (Bosses were fun. Street thugs that block every damn attack except for Counter-attacks are NOT)... Hell, after a while I wished I was playing City of Heroes instead. The boss battles were fun, but other then Mysterio: Alien Invasion at the end (Which was NOT fun, just hard), there weren't any real major challanges (I got everything on the second try, and that's because typically I was damaged when I did it the first time). In fact, I think the Exosuits were probably the fiercest thing I faced, other then the final two battles with Dr. Octopus (On the train, and in the dock warehouse). I spent a while beating my head against Alien Invasion mission, but once I beat that I breezed through the rest (It was all in the Sprint button and how it speeds up swinging I learned...). Spiderman 2 = Big letdown. Kind of wished I'd rented it first now... |

... In transit means webswinging, which is arguably my favorite feature in the game. Also, I suppose the lack of difficulty made the last act (from Mysterio's final showdown to Doc Ock's final showdown) seem ill-paced. And you should try earning the 50,000 hero points in "The First Day of the Rest of your Life..." And then the 100,000 in "The Second Day of the Rest of your Life." Dude, there's alot to do, with pizza missions, stopping random crimes (the exosuits replace the "supergangs" who no longer have leaders [like the aliens, Doc Ock's minions, and the Shockers]), the MJ missions, the Bugle missions, finding tokens (I suggest you look for the hideout tokens: find a pinkish-looking building on your map, go inside and take out the gang hiding there), and the challenges. The hint markers are usually hilarious. Thank you Bruce Campbell. "Want to know a little bit about Black Cat? 38-24-36. 'Nuff said." Also, buy the arena at the spidey store. And the guys who block everything don't block your superweb (Sprint + Web: fires off a shot that homes in on a foe and tangles them in web). The story may have been short, but look at the awards right under your upgrade lise, and see which ones you want to do... |

I'm liking it so far. It really helps stand up to the previous ones, and gives you that feel that all horror sequels involving the same characters does. The horror vibe is every bit as strong, but the character feels stronger than he did before. It's not a repeat of "It's a Slayer! OMIGOD!!! IT'S SO SCARY!!!" The character is stronger now, and I found myself rounding off a Slayer with a metal pipe when he came after me rather than running. Can't say about the new creatures, though. Haven't seen 'em yet. Betting they'll be just as freakish and "Holy shit" as before, judging by the feel of things. This feels like a real, solid sequel. |

You know, even as a fan oif the Super Hero sim Genre.... (Batman Begins, the game PWNS J00) But Spider man the game made me realise how much general bullshit a hero has to go through..... "you want me to get your baloon? I'm FUCKING SPIDERMAN FOR CHRISTSAKES" or "when will you motherfucking villians figure out that robbing an armored car is fucking impossable in the marvel comics fucking universe? I mean seriously, If I don't catch you then the Punisher will pick up the slack in his coimic.... and if A superhero is running at you..... Guns have pretty much become useless" these are random thoughts of a person who played a little past the Rhino battle. |

I loved popping balloons and making kids cry, for some reason. "Mommy, my balloon! Oh look, it's spiderman, maybe he'll-" *POP* "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Mom-"Thanks a LOT Spiderman, now I gotta put up with my whiny brat!" hehhehheh... Jameson had something on me. |

I never went after a balloon. I figured that I had better things to do with Spiderman's time than get some fucking brat's balloon. Let em' think their hero just doesn't give a crap, I say. |

I gave balloons three swings-by/long-jumps. If I didn't catch it, forget it, kid. I always hated the boat missions... "It was only supposed to be a three-hour tour! A three hour tour!" --- Additionally, I reopened my MGS file, the one I beat with the Meryl ending. Man, these lines are somehow funnier the second time around. "I'm here alone." "Alone? Are you an otaku, too?" MFD: ... What? "I don't know what my genes look like... I rely on instinct!" MFD: But... wouldn't your instinct be your genes? I'm so confused! MFD: Take that! Controller Port 4, bitches! ROOMIE: Wait... there's more? How the hell do you top that boss? MFD: Well, later I take out a giant robot with nothing but a rocket launcher. "Well, I think I saw a sniper rifle in the armory." "I have to go all the way back there?" "Yeah." MFD: Fuckdammit, you little piece of SHIT. You said that you'd bring me equipment I need. |

I know the subject is old news now, but I wish to reaffirm my hatred of the Shadow the Hedgehog game. Reasons: - 3D Sonic games have always had the camera problem. - Shadow uses a gun. Ooh, the badass-ness. - Sonic X's voice cast. Fucking. Suck. Especially Robotnik. And Knuckles (even though I doubt he'll be in this). They could've at the very least searched for a guy who could try to emulate Deem Bristow (RIP) or something. The Sonic Adventure/Heroes guys weren't great (I hated Amy's voice) but they're still better than Sonic X. At least the DS Sonic looks damn good. Just felt like venting. Please continue discussing Chrono Cross now. |

Keep in mind that the people who made MGS don't know what genes are. They seem to believe genes are magical faeries. |
