*Our protagonist, Mark, walks home from playing baseball... at... like... 11 o' clock at night* "Happy happy after baseball, happy happy... oh, hey Mr. Bert! You need my help? I may not be of much help, but okay!" *Bert is the fellow who selects Mark as the savior of his homeland.* ~~~Later~~~ *Mark makes his debut as the hero! He smashes all the enemies with his stubby little dild-baseball bat* "Happy happy land with happy happy monsters! I bop them with my bat, they go dead! Hey look! A big happy cactus!" *Walk past right said cactus, BLOOD GOOOOOSHING FROM EVERYTHING." "... oh... kay... I better take some of those pills..." ~~~Much later~~~ *SPOILERS, KIDS!* "Yay! I killed... the... really nasty eyeballs monster... Bert! Can I have my reward now?" "Oh sure, kid. Here's a box." "Oh boy!" *Mark opens box!* "Oh boy! A princess!" *Princess is monster in disguise. Princess proceeds to rot the flesh off of Mark's body* "NOOOOO!!" *Mark wakes up; it was but a dream!* "Oh man! Good thing it was but a dream! I better get to school now." *Bert stands in front of Mark's door* "Hey Mark, how's the wife and kids?" THE END'D. |

Mario Smash Football...Is the single most frantic, fast-paced game that has ever graced this world. My God. When you can run the length of the pitch in ten seconds, and you are fully allowed to hack the living shit out of opposing players...Things get interesting, very quickly. An entire game can totally change in just half a minute. After only your second game (and a quick read through the tutorial section), you'll be scoring goals left and right. And then Bowser shows up, kicks the ass of anything that gets too close, hurls a few shells around for good meause, and tips the field slightly depending on which side he landed. Whatever you may think of 'Soccer'(blah. Hate that name) stateside, this game rocks. It's easily the most violent Mario game ever. Including Smash Bros. Also, if what Pinku says is accurate..... doesn't quite cover it.

Man, the Soul Caliber 3 Character Creation system is really dissapointing so far. The weapon choices are horrible so far (I can't even get a Scythe on these guys), and the people always come out looking silly (Although I can make a warrior with the Pope Hat, so all is not in vain). The gameplay itself seems... Fucked. In the last one, slow characters were slow, but made up for it with ridiculously powerful attacks. I could kill a person with about 4 hits as Nightmare. Now, slow guys are just... Slow. Anytime I choose a slow character, I get mauled by faster people that do tons of damage with each hit, while my slow scythe blows don't do much more damage then them. I'm slowly getting the hang of it though, and Practice really does help learn how to do it. On the flips side, Sid Meier's Pirates! is the best. Game. Ever. I can't remember the last time I had this much fun pilliaging the Spanish Armada. My only complaint is it's way too easy. In my little Royal Sloop (Holds about 125 sailors, 20 guns, and few upgrades) I was able to pound Blackbeard's Frigate to scrap without breaking a sweat (Holds about 200 sailors, has 40 guns, is as fast as my ship, and has all the possible upgrades). Considering Blackbeard was the second best pirate in the game and he was a piece of cake, I'm not expecting many challanges... |

I haven't really dealved deep into SCIII yet. Played through Siegfreid's story, and messed with the character creation system. I made a Saint that unfortunately could only wield a staff... And my nephew made a young female dancer with the voice of an old hag, that was good for a laugh...

If it makes you feel any better FZ, it's probably not because you're slow. It's because the AI is freaking broken. I get regularly owned by all sorts of characters, and I use Cassandra, so it's not just speed. The character creation is much better once you started getting gold to buy new stuffs, like weapons, armor, and new classes. Once you start leveling up your custom characters, you'll unlock new disciplines, which will let you use new weapons. |

I know it's at least a little broken. My favorite moment is slamming a person up into the air, then as I try to hit them while the fall down, suddenly they're standing on the ground blocking me. I always go "WTF?!" when that happens... It's still sort of fun, in a masochistic way. Hopefully patience will win out... Although the other game I got, Indigo Prophecy, is calling me, so I'm going to dive into that later tonight. |

Beautiful plot, less than compelling gameplay. If you love plot, it's a win. If all you look for is good gameplay, pass it by. |

Your joking right? It has a full assortment of cups, plus an entire lineup of retro courses. 4 normal battle courses and 2 retro. 3 rides per driver. Theres alot of stuff in that little game pack. It feels more like slightly overwhelming to me. *tries to calm down* This is gonna be fun. |

Oh it i fun, no doubt about it.... It's just the way thy did the menu and the general user interface.... Once you srtart playing it's great.... but the user interface up until you play is... well, not as interesting or in the case of the wi fi, straightforward as one would expect. |

FZ? Notty? It's fine, lrn 2 play *SHOT* Seriously though, just work with it a bit. My primary character is Seigfried, and once I figured out how they'd changed his moves (They ALWAYS change my combos... >_<) I was right back to perfects and near-perfects. |

Yes yes, I'm sure your right. As for the wifi, its because its a fundamentally different connection type. With Wifi theres a server which delegates everything. Its alot different than the wireless, where there is no central server. And stuff. Have patience, at least its here. Dawn of Sorrow is a nice graphical step up from Aria btw... |

Yeah, Dawn of Sorrow is my favorite DS game at the moment. Of course I only have three DS games, so that's not saying too much...
