Got Mario Kart: Double Dash on Monday, just finished it. I am addicted to it. It got some mixed reviews with people saying its too random and all about luck (you know with the items and all) but I disagree. A few courses requires some real skill to them (DK Mountain, my favourite) and even if you are behind you can get all the best items and still be beaten. The only thing that irked me about MK:DD is the spiny shell. In one lap I was leading, I was hit by a spiny shell three times! Three times dammit! I reccommend it. Highly. Very much so. So, yeah. Anyone else played it? |

The best way to avoid blue shells is simple. If you're at all threatened to fall far back from the blast, just slow down, let 2nd place pass you, and stand clear of the sucker. If you're too far ahead to try this, the worst that will usually happen is you'll fall into 2nd, possibly third, so it's not too much damage unless you're on the last lap. |

Yeah I used to do that all the time in Mario Kart 64 because the computer cheated so much and you could never get more .01 seconds ahead of them, but I found even in 150 CC you can smoke the COM. Like in Mirror Mode All Cup I had 15 1st's and 1 2nd. Ands I never finished Mario Kart 64. |

I've fully beaten all of MK:DD. got the nifty, if somewhat bulky, Parade Kart. I loooove Rainbow Road, my favorite course. |

Not, when I read your post, I thought you were talking abut Mortal Kombat for a while. I was trying to picture them on a rainbow road. It just didn't work. |

Okay, first, drop the Fire, Thunder, Blizzard, Simba and Cloud cards, and if you have any more Cure cards, put them in, no matter the number. The Oogie Boogie enemy card also works well (Regen up to 7 times, heals more if you're hurt more) While they look cool, magic (aside from Cure, the 3xClouds for Omnislash) is absolutely WORTHLESS. Sleights, aside from Cura and Curaga and Highnumber Omnislashes, are also worthless, don't waste time or cards using them. Best thing to do against any non-heartless enemy is to let them waste their cards on sleights. Keep yourself healthy and try to avoid him while he uses his sleights. Takes a bit, but it's a hell of a lot easier hitting him when he's not busting out big ice spells every couple of seconds. When he uses that Ice Needle attack, you can roll back and forth to avoid damage. Always keep moving, unless you have a Cure(a)(ga) ready. And for god's sake, put some zeros in there, man. You can use those to interrupt his sleights! |

If it makes you feel any better, I didn't figure out how to use enemy cards until my second time through. Have fun with Reverse/Rebirth mode once you finish Sora mode! |

Now this brings up a good point, I saw on GameFAQS. Since Sora and co. are now asleep in those pods at Castle Oblivion...does that mean that Castle Oblivion will then have to be a playable world in KH2? |
