So Oblivion's finally released. Is it worth the monies, or should I just go back to playing Daggerfall?

Fixed, and I got Obliv today, so I'll let you know my first impressions sunday.

Hehe solid 2 days of playing huh?
I'm only about 17 hours or so in. Playing Khajit spoils me on moving around really fast. My character isn't strong in melee combat at the moment, but I'm hard to catch and everyone likes me if I tell them to. Also my alchemy is higher than my int.

So....

Been playing DoA4 on my shiny new X-Box 360, and let me tell you, for someone whose only real fighting game experiance is with Soul Calibur...

DoA is a *painful* lesson in humility.

Also?

Not having a memory card/harddrive means I can't save. Which sucks.

Also also.

KH2 in five more days! :^_^:

No gift reciept?

I'm sure a 'ninja exchange' could be possible... if you skip lunch for a month.

Was mailed, no receipt for me.

And I certainly don't care enough to blow an extra 100 bucks on a harddrive just for DoA4, which is the only game I have so far.

...

Or for any other 360 game out right now, either, actually.

Meh, I didn't like Morrowind. I doubt I'll like Oblivion.

Pass.

ummmm......you could get Xbox live and download emulators and buy the good Xbox games, that would be worth using the harddrive for

A.) Don't have a high-speed internet connection, so X-Box Live is a big no-go.

B.)Already have an X-Box...so why would I need an emulator in the first place?

ok option 3, you hook your Xbox back up, unhook the 360 and use it as a paper weight untill they put out some playable games.

DoA4 is certainly *playable*.

Just not worth the extra cash I'd have to fork over to save. I mean, honestly, should I waste 40+ dollars on a memory card/harddrive just so Kasumi and Ryu can have extra outfits?

I meant the Revo stuff...

Well, since no one else provided prooflink, here's one. It's from a news source, and seems secondhandish. But still...

If this is true, this is totally fucking awesome. My cold, darkened heart is filled with glee.

Poor Sony, with the Ipod on one side, Microsoft on the other, and Nintendo keeping it out of the portable business, Sony is really really suffering. I would gloat, but that would be wrong :^_^:.

Screw being wrong, I'm gonna gloat anyways!

...

Though actually, Sony's the lesser of two evils. At least the PS2 gamers I know are in it for... y'know... the games. I have seen far too many "Halo Jocks" to have any desire for one'a those.

Plus, the playstation magazines have wacky articles like "Sony's History, or Nintendo's a bunch of big doodoo heads" and "People arn't buying PSPs. Why arn't you buying PSPs?!"

Um... how many games on the PS2 are actually first party Sony games? I really don't know, well I can guess. Can't we just hope for mutual annihlation?

ALL MY DICKS ARE CUMMING AT THE NEW ZELDA DS.

Oh, JP check out any gaming site or head over to the Penny-Arcade forums, they have a big thread on all that shit.

So....what do you get when you mix Final Fantasy, Fire Emblem, and Disgaea?

Well, for one, a bunch of pissed off FF/FE/Disgaea fanboys/girls, but that's neither here nor there. - Notty, Games and Stuff.
