Actually, Arc is right. If one is counting age, one should count using the time in the time zone of one's birth, because if you use your local timezone then you will be misjudging your age by however many timezones you are from your point of birth.

Well, considering that February 29th is inserted periodically to get things BACK ON TRACK and even out an uneven rotation-revolution ratio, nothing there, and the Daylight Savings Time things cancel each other out.
