"Speaking of being terrible at games, Red fumbling with the blocks in Magnet Man's level has to be seen to be believed. If the definition of insanity has to do with expecting different results upon trying the same thing, then he must be one of the most insane people I've ever known." - Brickroad The Guardian Legend - By Red Silvers (VLP): Our Red Silvers continues to find the weirdest worksafe pictures of the game's protagonist, a plane that transforms into a waifu. Super Metroid - By Red Silvers (VLP): I think it's safe to say at this point, that Samus ain't leaving her suit once Red Silvers finally gets around the finishing this game. Fantastic Dizzy - By Red Silvers (VLP): Fresh off his recent run of Super Metroid, Red Silvers tackles yet another, err... classic? (Egg-scuse me for being confused about Red Silvers' next choice.) | |

What a Christmas present from JayDee. ![]() It's quite an interesting revelation about Ryan. There were some hints before that he could hear Crono, but nothing concrete. I guess this is more supporting evidence for the "Ryan is actually a sprite" theorists. |

Well, narrows it down to "is a sprite" or "has given up his real world identity totally" somehow, anyway... |

My bets is that it's the same Ryan from FFL or the Ryan Alex knew IRL and he also entered Videoland. |

Or both. Anyways, that is interesting. But I doubt Ryan'll recite what Green megs is saying. |

I'm sticking with my "Ryan is actually an Inner Aspect" theory; like the inner evils, but maybe Alex's nobility... |

An inner aspect represented by the sprite Ryan? That would make sense, because he'd use his sprite power to hear the Silent Protagonists. |

Yes, I was wondering when Alex would call Ryan on this. It's been hinted for a while that he could hear the silent protagonists... Also, one other thing to consider. The inner aspects might not be able to hear silent protagonists. For example. |

Just out of curiosity, when has it been hinted that he's been able to hear silent protagonists? This came outa left field for me. |

This really gives us no info, we already knew something was up with Ryan, this doesn't really narrow it down. |

Various "one sided" conversations with Crono. Ryan reacted fairly often as if he knew what Crono was saying. Confusing Alex. |

The Inner Aspects seem to draw power from their form, so if Ryan is an aspect in the form of a sprite, he could still hear Green. On the other hand, I like the simpler theory that Ryan is just the sprite. |

LET US ANALYZE THE RYAN-SPRITE THEORY AND MAKE MORE DEDUCTIONS USING A logical SYLLOGISM: 1) If a CSNES character can hear a sprite with SILENT PROTAGONIST SYNDROME, then that character is a sprite. 2) Link had SILENT PROTAGONIST SYNDROME. 3) Captain Nintendo could hear Link. ------------------------------------------------ ERGO, Captain Nintendo (Kevin Keene) was a sprite too! It could be simply, that if Ryan K. Is Ryan Keene, the son of Kevin (and maybe Lana) It could be the sheer fact he has his father Gamemaster genes (and thusly why he has a claim to the title Captain SNES too) and can hear them better than Alex Williams (Someone with no ties to video land) |

This sounds extremely plausible, but we don't know for sure if having children works the exact same way in videoland, and especially not when a gamemaster comes int o play. I don't know of many NES/SNES games where any of the protagonists have children, or where even children existing is mentioned... |
