So, I began reading this comic just a few weeks ago (new member by the way) and I tried to easy access it from wikipedia (google bogs my computer for some reason). Funny problem, the page doesn't exist. You guys probably already knew this (it was even referenced in the comic), but I didn't quite think it was fair. After all, 8-bit theater and Oots (even Ctrl+Alt+Del... never-mind, personal opinion) have their own (and rather large) entries. Why not this page? Well, it does now. For how long, I can't tell you, but I took the liberty of putting one up. It's pretty bare bones, but it works. By the way, I only read through it once so far, so I may have missed some stuff, but hey, its wikipedia. No mistakes are forever. I tried to fit their somewhat anal requirements, but I'll keep an eye on it. Taking bets on how long this lasts. |

We've tried this a few times in the past. It hasn't worked out as you can see. |

Be sure to save any info and add it to the TVTropes page. But... good luck finding a source that is neither CSNES itself nor a wiki built up by us. |
Hey, the comic seems to be updating kind of regularly. Maybe we should vote to spread the word.

Tried and failed. Sadly, according to the Powers that Be(tm) on Wikipedia, CSNES isn't notable. It's not a fight that's really worth fighting and I sincerely doubt that they've changed their minds over there (as I note they tend to get more hardass over time, not less), and I know I would've heard if anything had happened to give the comic more outside notability. |

Oh, I know... but they will have to contend with my tenacity and EXTREME BOREDOM. Seriously, nothing else to do, and I wanted to see if could make it work. An exercise in futility. Yeah, I know what you mean about hardass though. They don't even mention abridged series, and those things are huge on the internet. Not even a mention on the Yugioh Page of the abridged series, and that thing is probably more popular (in a different crowd) than the original. |

Yes, we'll have to wait until ABC references it, like with this. |

well, its still up, and I fleshed it out a little. I compared it to a whole list of webcomics out there (on wikipedia), and other than the 8-bit theater or vg cats level ones, there all about the same as mine, and there are like thirty of them. |

Bwah ha ha my battle begins... Man though, these people moderating wikipedia... I don't mean to sound harsh here but... do they have souls (or lives)? I think they just might be robots. Everything they do seems so... sterile.... shudder. |

Awesome does not equal notable. Covered by the lumbering dinosaurs of old media equals notable. There's a page that says so! Actually, it says the article should not describe the plot of the webcomic CSNES so much as it should describe the history of the webcomic and it's impact on the webcomic medium as a whole. BnG, while crappy, certainly spawned more change in the webcomic medium than CSNES. What impact we have had is friendly collaborations with three other webcomics... which have all stopped updating. (Dragon Warrior Comics, Zelda Comics, and that one Keenspace comic with L33t b33r) |

So? Even if they died, we can still say we had influence. |

Like I said, new member, so I don't know as much about the collaboration. Add it and we might get this one somewhere. I'll mention it in the talk page to buy some time. Either give me the info or add it yourself. |

what about that 8-bit theater arc he had awhile back? was that approved of, or did he just do that for the fun of it? If he had approval, it might help... if not, I can make something up that sounds good and is still true... but not as impressive. Either way, let me know. |

Why don't we make our own wiki? No, seriously. Go to Wikia, and try to make the Advance Database. It's worth a shot. I mean, Nuklear Power Forums have a Wikia. |

Well, technically speaking they do, its just that their souls are very, very small and sorta atrophied from lack of use. |
