Huh; interesting. It'll be neat to see what these guys are going to do with their newfound corporealness.
There used to be an image here telling you to vote, but then Photobucket, the image site made to allow you to do third party hosting, no longer allows third party hosting without throwing a shitload of money at them... and I can barely afford to eat. So no you get some text of me bitching about it, yaaay! Also, go vote.
Everyday I'm tumbl'n.

I'm LOVING these updates.

Also, I believe it's spelled "breach," but oh well.

Sam: Norm you look down, what's wrong?
Norm: New boss chewed me out. Said I "Lack enthusiasm".
Cliff: Well, is that true?
Norm: I, uh I dunno. Maybe. Who cares?

I did point that out to him, but alas...

The title subtext is a rather amusing one as well. All things considered.

Okay, so I was wrong, the last Sinistral hasn't gotten written out of the story yet.

And now we find him in the same place that Mother Brain was last scene. Mother brain and some other unnamed character.

I'm also wondering if perhaps Megagirl was one of the ones lost in the final battle with Mother Brain.

OH. I just got that the three Lost Souls are the three who died in the final battle.

Someone else out there is possessed. I think it might be Bob.

So... one of the people speaking in the desert is the Mother Brain?

Also, I didn't notice the SUBTEXT on the first read, and then I did. At first I just thought it was shadows...

weird.

Something tells me it isn't the one who called dibs, if only because I cannot imagine her phrasing it that way.

Was it ever actually conclusively stated?

I've been going back through the archives recently, and I don't remember anything concrete one way or the other.

It has something to do with the Palace of Power, but they don't remember names except of real world people.
Hey, the comic seems to be updating kind of regularly. Maybe we should vote to spread the word.

Only three? It seems like there's at least six of them, judging by the fonts.
Do you think this thread has enough ponies? I think it needs more ponies.

I actually kinda got the idea some of them were the N-Forcers, considering we haven't seen Protoman, and they mention something about not being acknowledged.

We have seen Protoman -- or at least, we know he survived the great change: He threatened Wily to not try his usual "Take over the world" thing under pain of... Celine Dion, wasn't it?

I think she was aware of it, because she said 'It's a mystery!" to stop further questions along that line.

OH.  I just got that the three Lost Souls are the three who died in the final battle.

Only three? It seems like there's at least six of them, judging by the fonts.

There's 10 in Panel 7 of this comic; a couple of them look similar but they all have distinctions; after the "leader" speaks, I think #1 speaks again so that's not an 11th.

However, in Panel 4 "He could be dead..." doesn't match up to any of the others; the "a" is different from most of them, and #8 looks fairly close but the "e" doesn't close up as much as Panel 4's "e"s. It's either an 11th, or #8's font looks different when smaller. The one in panel 6 looks too much like #7 in Panel 7 so that's probably not a new one.

Trying to match up 249 with 246's Panel 7...
"OH GOD! I'M SORRY!" - #5 (and other places, also the one calling dibs. I don't remember him doing that subtext thing before though...)
"GOOD JOB IDIOT!" - #10 (the "leader")
"AAARGH!" - #3
"WE ARE BORN TO SUFFER!" - #9
"THE PAIN! THE HORRIBLE PAIN!" - #6
"WE PROMISE NOT TO HURT YOU!" - #7 (#4 is sans-serif)

I don't think we see #1, #2, #4, or #8 anywhere else, although it's been forever since I read the comic all the way through so I may have forgotten some places where they speak.

I checked Mother Brain's font in the comic where she asks Kevin for mercy prior to being destroyed. It was a basic font that does not match any of the fonts from the beings in the desert, and it is a generic one, that unimportant spirtes have...

so...

enh.
