Gonna be a long wait... I mean, we've had long waits, but it's different knowing in advance, you know? Anyway, Alex gives the impression that Megs doesn't actually know the whole story with Captain N. |

Super Metroid - By Red Silvers (VLP): I think it's safe to say at this point, that Samus ain't leaving her suit once Red Silvers finally gets around the finishing this game. Fantastic Dizzy - By Red Silvers (VLP): Fresh off his recent run of Super Metroid, Red Silvers tackles yet another, err... classic? After what? SIX YEARS? Act 2.2 finally ends. And surprisingly it ends with another Shield Generator being knocked out. Man, I'd like to see who the other Captain's lackeys are...Maybe he's got his own SNES Team. Oh and who was that girl that Green Megaman was talking to? |

I am not that impressed by the fact that a perfectly ordinary kitty disabled a shield generator, as they are quite quick and agile- its simply a matter of hitting the right button, or cutting the right wire to make it overload and explode. I am, however, impressed by the fact that a perfectly ordinary kitty managed to find a shield generator, and knew how to disable it. Having owned a perfectly ordinary kitty before, his strategy would have been to whack it's casing futilely with his declawed front paw a few times. If he could even find it. The downside of automatically opening doors, folks. Do it by a weight or motion sensor, a cat can get in. But they're stymied by doorknobs. The fact that he was enough to trigger a door, however, means he tricked a mook of some kind into setting it off for him by luring it. In conclusion, this proves once and for all that the cat got a major IQ boost by traveling to Videoland. Or was a perfectly normal hyperintelligent cat in the real world. |

It was covered before: Schroedinger is just a perfectly normal housecat. But he's a perfectly normal housecat in videoland, which completely changes the ballgame. |

Acts of angst are against the law? No wonder people tend to look down on RPG characters. |

I think it's the other way around. Acts of angst are against the law because of RPG characters. Though I could be wrong. Maybe they believe angst will summon the Sovereign of Sorrow. |

This helps bring how into perspective, however. There are clearly neurological upgrades. The question is, are there also physical upgrades? Is is strong enough to hold his own in a fight, or is he functionally a party member, albeit an unreliable one with an agenda? If the latter, does it mean he was actively helping Alex before- in which case Alex's dislike may stem from a betrayal or confrontation? Also, and more significantly he's clearly of enhanced mental ability, as he is showing problem-solving skills and complex multi-step planning- in other words, he's thinking rather than relying on heavily modified instincts, as was my impression before. The question is, if he's thinking, who is he loyal to? Hope? Videoland itself, as a consequence of it being the source of his ability to think? Is his thought a product of his feline mind, or is Videoland thinking through him? |

He's a cat, he does what he wants until certain instincts say otherwise.

Thats the thing, isn't it? Cats are inherently self-centered beings, and yet none of what Schroedinger is doing has any direct benefit for himself. Either he is planning really long for something major- (making himself the new Gamemaster? Unholy rite to produce a whale-sized tuna?), he's being manipulated, or something about his IQ upgrade has changed his very nature. |

The odd thing is, what brings this full circle is that the nexus arc got started up...because it would give us information that would help Kain Vs Cat make more sense. |

Yes, but not to systematically seek out said electrical cords while dodging a myriad of security measures. They merely chew on one that happens to be within biting distance of their latest napping spot. |

This is the same cat that thwarted Ozzie by hitting just the right switch. It can seek these things out. The very low end of intelligence for this to be possible means reading the body language of "don't come in here" "don't mess with the equipment" from the guards, and moved to spite them. At the very high end it is Xanatos, Light, or Big Boss, but any character could secretly be that. |
Hey, the comic seems to be updating kind of regularly. Maybe we should vote to spread the word.
