...plus, although they're generally not broken up in any proper way, I've seen plenty of games with a "Final Act"

Oh, alright, stick with Acts. It starts to sound goofy when it goes beyond 5, but at the same time Final Act sounds boss as hell.

Captain SNES Zone:
Act 1

Sometime later...

Alex got through Act 1!

The Guardian Legend - By Red Silvers (VLP): Our Red Silvers continues to find the weirdest worksafe pictures of the game's protagonist, a plane that transforms into a waifu.

Super Metroid - By Red Silvers (VLP): I think it's safe to say at this point, that Samus ain't leaving her suit once Red Silvers finally gets around the finishing this game.

Fantastic Dizzy - By Red Silvers (VLP): Fresh off his recent run of Super Metroid, Red Silvers tackles yet another, err... classic? (Egg-scuse me for being confused about Red Silvers' next choice.)

Looks like we got an all-new title page for the arc! Oooh, mysteeerious shadows!

Alex teaming up with Megaman? Some of those shadows look familiar. That's Bass/Forte on the left there (I recognize the head fins). And on the right are the Sailor Senshi from the "Another Story" SNES game! And there seems to be another figure below Bass pointing a similar blaster to Megaman's own. Someone want to run down the list of SNES Megaman sprites and try to find a match?

...yes, I know the title page is retroactively added and everything in it has been revealed by now. I'm not going to let a small thing like that rob me of a nice little bout of wild speculation.

Green MegaMan.

If it were me, I'd stick with acts, and then go the Hitchhiker's Guide route. Part IX of V, and all that jazz.

Is all this talk about "Acts" reminding anyone about Sonic the Hedgehog games, or is it just me?

Wait one gorram minute here. You're telling me that... Act III's already over, and we didn't even get to celebrate it?

You manipulative bastard.

Kidding, kidding. If I may, though, I think Chapters is a better name for this. Chapters would give you more freedom. Plus, after five, Act will start to sound silly.

I think Acts tend to be used for 1-5 separate chapters in plays. TV shows and movies tend to use a three-act structure.

Novels, graphic and otherwise, use chapters or volumes, and have more freedom with how many you use.

Just my two cents.

For the record, Acts can be divided into chapters. Unless I'm just completely misremembering my Shakespeare.

Green MegaMan.

Well, yes, we know that *now*, but if this page had been posted chronologically then- aw, forget it.
