 Beginning with Season 2, the opening to TWS had screen shots introducing the cast members. These screen shots were taken from various episodes they were in. Here's an exhaustive list:

Season 2

Ken Howard (Reeves) - from pilot (I think)
Joan Pringle (Sybil) - "Albert Hodges" (I think)
Ed Bernard (Willis) - "Pregnant Pause"

Where did the split-shot of Stoney Jackson as Mitchell come from? A planned but unaired episode? A deleted scene from an episode?
