Rosey Grier, the NFL great who was on the first football players to transition into entertainment, has been accused by a neighbor of exposing himself, TMZ.com reports.

The Georgia-born Grier, who played for Roselle's Abraham Clark High School and Penn State before joining the Giants in 1955, is being sued for sexual assault by Jana Young, who claims she was also Grier's manager. She says the 81-year-old Grier moved into her home while his house was under construction and "purposefully exposed himself, completely nude" and asked her, "How do you like it?"

In the legal papers obtained by TMZ, Young says she kicked Grier out of her home, but when she asked him later to repay some money he owed her, he stuck his hand down her pants and said, "You feel like a virgin." It's unclear whether Young ever filed a criminal complaint against Grier.

Grier spent seven years with the Giants and three with the Los Angeles Rams, retiring in 1963. Something of a Renaissance man, he went on to record several albums, host his own local television show in Los Angeles, act on television and in movies, including roles in "The White Shadow," "Kojak," and "Free to Be ... You and Me," and even wrote a book about needlepoint. He also served as a bodyguard for presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy in 1968, and wrestled the gun from assassin Sirhan Sirhan.
