External address in Browsing Hosts report

Posts: 1 Group: Members Member #3 Joined: Mar 9, 2018	Hi, After a quick search I determined that the IP address belonged to the firm that does their web/database maintenance work. So no problem there.But I am having some trouble understanding why their IP is even showing up in this report. They have not been set up as a vpn user. They are using terminal services to access the server right now.Why is this IP showing up? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
