The Following Bill has been passed through the Citizen's Assembly and is therefore part of Kingdom Law.

Political Parties Bill

Article One - Prerequisites for Official Recognition as a Party:

For official recognition as a party in the Kingdom, an applicant party must present: a willful leader, three initial supporters, and a guiding charter that avows loyalty to the Celtic Lands and fidelity to the it's Monarchy and Constitution. These supporters must both be citizens, and active members of the region. Applicants are to apply to the King, and any applicant which can meet the previously mentioned requirements must be issued official recognition by the Kingdom.

Article Two - The Rights and Responsibilities of Official Parties:

All officially recognized political parties will be provided with a public section for their party on the regional forum and may be (on request) provided with a private section on the forum for registered party members; this section of the forum will be visible to top tier government officials as well as the King. Individual citizens who wish to join a party must register to do so. It is the responsibility of parties and their officials to maintain a list of all party members; proper upkeep of this list is crucial to provide all party members with proper masking privileges. Parties and their officials are responsible for the moderation of their forums; this is not to be construed as a ban on moderation of these forums by Kingdom officials. All moderation statures apply to party forums. Parties may enforce further moderation statures as they please. Parties may not plan or execute coordinated disruptions of the rest of the official Kingdom forums.

Failure to meet these responsibilities shall, pending proper due process, result in parties losing official recognition and their forums. Depending on damage done and as is nessesary, further disciplinary action will be taken.

Article Three - Government Control of Unregistered Party-like Entities:

Such entities are not illegal, but the government may perform all actions that are necessary to prevent such entities from disrupting the forums.

Article Four - Errata

Despite official recognition and forums, parties are private, not government, organizations and are to be treated accordingly. The regulations in this bill are never to be used to unduly stop free speech, thought, or expression, appose freedom of association, or control how citizens vote.
Parties may, should they wish to create a seperate forum (linked to the official Kingdom forum) they may do so. However they must give administrator rights or equivalent viewing privileges to the current judicial officer.
By no means do citizens of the Kingdom need to be members of a political party to take part in the legislative procedure.

I hereby sign this into law
