THIS DOES NOT UNLOCK AT&T OR T-MOBILE NETWORK's.
Those networks are unsupported by your phone and will not work, regardless of being unlocked.
However any other network sim's will work

This unlocker is to unlock the carrier not supported issue with a user trying to use a 3rd party SIM card or a SIM card from another cell network on a Motorola phone.

I have included a README.txt file within the downloaded file.
Take note that I have only used this on my Motorola i1 and have not had any issue's.
Please read all notes within the README file.

Works on all Microsoft Window's OS's
Works on selected Motorola phone's
If your phone is not supported do a quick Google search as you very well maybe able to still us this tool to unlock your phone by selecting a different model (thats what I had to do with my i1)

NOTE TO ANY USER THAT USES THIS:

Your very welcome..

Only issue I had after using this sofware is I was not able to send out text messages..
However this was easily fixable by doing a "Feature Reset"
(SETTINGS - SD card & phone storage - Feature Reset - enter 000000)..

Thats 6 zero's by the way

After the reset has been done your phone should reboot..
Once the phone reboots try to send your self a text message..
You should be able to receive the message back to you..

After that is done have a bud send you a text message and all should be fine..

Enjoy

EDIT:
UPDATED THIS INFO TO THE FIRST POST
