I've compiled a list of my favourite serieseses of books, each in intended reading order (as some are dubious) and with a link to a site at which you can buy the first volume of each. :)

Enjoy!

The Edge Chronicles

The Bartimaeus Tilogy

The Wardstone Chronicles

His Dark Materials

Chronicles of Ancient Darkness

The Wind on Fire

The Last Dragon Chronicles

The Doomspell Trilogy

The Silver Sequence

Turns out, all these books are amazing.

I'd add Sword of Truth and the Farseer and Tawny Man trilogies, but fuck. I'm dead. :D

Edit: FFFFFFFFFFF, Bear ninja'd me.

I love all of the books and I am reading Farseer but not really getting into it, Dylan.

I wanna read Sword of Truth.

How goes it?
I've been into a series called Mortal Engines since two years ago. I read the first two books and started on the third, when I lost my book reading focus for some time. Now two years later I'm reading the third book (liking so far, but terrible foreboding feeling is gripping at stomach) and I plan on reading the fourth and last book before the year ends.

I hear people complaining about Eragon all the time, but I don't see the fuck they're talking about. Now to wait for the fourth book...

The Bartimaeus Tilogy

I can definitely recommend the Bartimaeus trilogy.

Sam lent it to me. I'm on the second book now. They're highly entertaining, and Bartimaeus is a wonderful character. XD
