Well it's been a funny ole day today. I was up and on early Charlie was out the door just gone 6.00am so I was up just after. The washing machine was on because it was forecast to be a good day today - it has been and all five loads have dried beautifully. At 8.00am I left home and went to Lidl's (picked up some leather protector spray that they have on offer 400ml for £2.49, double the price in shoe shops and I want to get those suede boots of mine protected). Then went to Tesco, came home and was just about to turn into the lane and spotted Mr BT man sat outside the telephone box holding two pieces of wire and him looking at them. You know that feeling you get when you think thats mine? Well I got it, anyway, the phone line was dead when I got in, so putting the shopping away and on the phone to BT at the same time. BT tell me we cannot help because you are a Sky customer. I told them I might be a Sky customer but it is your engineer that is holding my damn cable. Went back to Sky they confirmed problem on the line. I said yes I know - thankfully with Sky it is all UK based people with not made up names. They got hold of BT eventually BT confirmed it was their problem after two hours So after speaking with various Keith's Malcolm's and Dave's in India, BT's Clive eventually called me to say they had fixed the problem. Come back to BT - you must be joking.Anyway, I have blitzed the house and cleaned it all through been a nice sunny day here today

I can't believe how the BBC weather online got it right. I put a load of washing out on the line this morning and about 2.00pm fetched it all in nearly dry. It had forecasted for it to start raining at 3.00pm and at 2.55pm it started raining. Now that is a prediction. I wonder if they can do the same with lottery numbers

Come back to BT - you must be joking. Would rather have a tin can and some string. I'm with sky as well. Did you know if you have your phone through sky you can get through to them by dialling 151? think its free to. |

Just went across to the original CQ and I think we'll have to accept, that it's 'lost' (unless you've received an update in the meantime, Lorraine - which by past performance, I wouldn't expect from Invision). |

Apparently other forums users who do still have access are complaining that their forums are running slowly. Some have access others such as us do not. I think you are right that we have to take the view it has gone down the toilet. It would have been nice to keep it and transfer it as back in 2006 the dicussions on there was also for the new HCIYH series. I am keeping an eye on it though

It's my last day. Or now half day left as it's nearly 2:00. I just can't believe it. Back to W.O.R.K. I've been sewing in name labels into Belle's clothes and things for nursery. I been willing to win the lottery before today, so I didn't have to go back. Well I did win - but 4 numbers (£79) isn't really enough to not be able to go! But I am still pretty pleased that my numbers that I have been playing every week have come up trumps again! |

As I said to you on FB Nat, the time will go and you are feeling bad right now, but on the flip side of things it is three days a week and one of those days she is with your mum and that is a billy bonus because you will be able to relax allot more too We went into town this morning I need some bits from Wilkinsons and I have a black jacket that has gone a bit grey with washing so I have got some clothes dye for that to do. Went in Poundland and it was packed just got some batteries from there as they are so flipping reasonable.I have been bidding on some items on Ebay - I know I said I wouldn't spend - but I collect Aynsley and have picked up some items on there for a couple of pounds or so, which is a bargain when you consider that a pn dish back in the 1990's set me back £8.50 and these items are sizeable pieces. I was an avid collector years back now, when I had my second home. I used to go into the china shop every month after I had been paid and bought just one piece. Some of them were £15.00 rising up to £30.00. Now I can get them on Ebay for next to nothing almost. I can look back over that collection and see something for the wages that I earnt which is a nice thing to do really Some of the bigger pieces that was bought for me for Christmas and birthdays were the Royal Doulton Images. Occasionally I am lucky and can pick up the odd item on there under £10.00 when these things do crop up I try and get them because with the Images they go for such allot of money.
