The british reform act has taking its role on a small majority children working in the mines, Exchanging their role with african slaves and fully payed miners.
Increasing the mining labour by 40%
Capacity rising, enabling the british empire to use miners els where.

The structure of mines owned by the british empire have been altered with durasteel/Iron beams instead of wood.
Increasing the safety of british owned mines by 25%
