First off, a step by step guide on how to get on IRC. 1. Go to www.swiftkit.net 2. Download it, go through the setup. Make sure you choose the right one for your Operating System. 3. When you open it, create a profile if you want, or just use the default one. 4. Click on "Show Internal Utilities" at the bottom right. 5. You should see a screen at the bottom. 6. Enter your nickname as your RSN, or something like IRLname|RSN (ex. Kyle|GoEastTree). Your nickname cannot have spaces, but it can have underscores (_). 7. For the channel, use #colossus. 8. Click connect. After that, do "/mode yourIRCnamehere -f" . This turns your filter off. ------------------------------ SwiftIRC 1. Go to www.swiftIRC.net 2.
