Type: Steel/Poison

Pokémon Information: Coppyth are desert-faring snakes. It smooths out its copper scales as it slithers on the sand, and it sharpens its blades against rocks. Its metal scales sport erratic markings, which help camouflage in the underbrush.

Description: Maxing out at about three feet long and 55 lbs, Coppyths are extremely durable. They have high Defense and Special Defense and medium Attack power. Their weakness lies in their Speed. Coppyth's weight makes it hard for them to move around very quickly, but thanks to their Special, Metal Polish, it bumps up their Speed so they aren't sitting ducks.

They're natural desert dwellers, so Coppyth's coloring reflects their habitat. With white underbellys and a mottled mixture of brown on top, Coppyths have no trouble hiding in the sand. Atop it's head is a horn that contains the snake's venom and another venom containing blade is on the tip of its tail.

Moves:
  • Wrap
  • Iron Tail
  • Coil
  • Poison Fang

Special Ability: Metal Polish – automatically boosts Coppyth's SpDef and Speed at the beginning of a battle.

Evolution: Anacopper #32 (lvl 40)(15 battles)
