I just thought I'd share my latest profile I'd done. It was done somewhere between mid to late 2010. Was an application on MilleniumWoW(this server, unfortunately, shut down). I, of course, came through with shining colors.~

So, here it is. Enjoy. And, yes, this is exactly why I now dread making profiles </3

[R][E][Harpy][Oudi Roselle]

PART I: BASICS.

What are you applying for? What race, class or title?

This application is for my character, Oudi, to use the harpy race IC/OOCly.

What will your character name be?

My character's name is Oudi Roselle.

What will your character age be?

Oudi lives within the prime of her adult years. (WoWWiki does not include harpies.)

What will your character profession be? Your character obtains a living how?

Living the life of a harpy is rather pleasant, despite what others may think. You don't need gold. For that matter, you don't have to have an occupation to make said gold. You can simply make a nest out of whatever bits and pieces you find laying around. Maybe steal some materials from any nearby inhabitants, ones of a different race. Plus, what harpy, in their right mind, cares about hygiene, material possessions, and all the things other races of the world may care about? Very few. Oudi, unfortunately, is one of those few. She spends hours preening her feathers in a very meticulous manner. Every now and then, she may even paint her talons with nail polish, if she can manage to get her clawed harpy hands on it. It's not every day a vane elf, such as Haris Pilton, would allow a harpy to waltz on into their shop or living quarters to buy some polish. Then again, it's not every day an elf would even see a harpy, unless they lived near a nest in Kalimdor or Northrend. Since Oudi is such a peculiar being, in comparison to the normal behavior of her race, she must make a living some how. Her way of going about this isn't the best of ways, but she will spend countless hours trying to unearth precious gems from mineral deposits. If she's not completely tired out by such a feat, she may begin to carve away at the precious gem, not only cutting it in a very slow, time consuming process, but sharpening her talons as well. Eventually she will stop and find a utensil to cut it with. This is to make sure she won't cause harm to her talons by continuing to sharpen them past the necessary point. After the gems have been cut, majority go up for sale to whoever is willing to buy from a harpy. Some of the more precious ones, though, adorn jewelry she will often show off.

What will your character's alignment be?

Considering her race, there will always be tendencies and urges that don't meet the norms of the general society. She may actually care for you, as a being, over other people, but if you happen to displease her, she may have an urge to attack, depending on the situation. Though, being more domestic than others of her kind, she will more than likely resist this urge, and if it must be released, she will try her best to take it out on some innocent animal nearby. Thankfully, this doesn't happen, though she is still very reserved in her opinions on people in general, along with the traditions, customs, and order they follow in, thus placing her in True Neutral.

PART II: CHARACTER - Appearance, Personality, History

Character Appearance (Please write at least three lines.)

Oudi may appear to be the every day, typical harpy, but if you were to observe long enough, you'd notice some features on her that you wouldn't observe on more feral harpies. People that have had any form of contact with these aviary humanoids, would say that their claimed grounds normally have a horrible wreak, so foul that it would cling onto the harpies, themselves. The stench of rot, musk, and poor hygiene would drift all around. They simply had better things to do, such as killing any intruders, to care about such things. Oudi, though? Well, she smelled more pleasant than her feral sisters. She didn't partake in the usual harpy life-style, killing and devouring trespassers, blood caked on their body and feathers, and failing to wash themselves properly, if at all. In fact, Oudi preferred to stay very clean, spending several hours preening her feathers meticulously, and sometimes taking sponge-baths to keep up good hygiene.

Her plumage is similar to a light teal, somewhat like aqua, while her skin contains a base which consists of a peachy red color, though this shade of red blends into an almost lilac color as it nears the front of her body. Along the skin, mainly around the hips and shoulders, are splotches of aqua. She does, actually, enhance her skin's appearance by using colored juices from berries. These enhancements are typically found on the face, blue coloring over her eyelids, and red markings over her cheeks. The markings are common among harpies, though, she believes the red compliments her plumage.

She possessed a fair amount of adornments to her slim frame, all of which had their own possessions within, beautiful glimmering gems. Cuffs jangled along her winged arms and scaled legs, while metallic leaflets trembled against her skin, as she flew, hanging from the undergarment thread wrapped around her waistline. The large center leaflet, with a piece of cloth attached to its end, going between her thighs and to the back, possessed a fairly good sized gem that would glisten in any form of light. She wore a necklace, which also contained a decent sized gem, around her neck. Her bra was clasped onto the necklace by metal, it almost acting as a sort of 'tank-top'. Finally, atop her head was a gemmed crest, hanging just between her eyes as the band wrapped up into her hairline.

If one were to inspect her even closer, they may even notice nail polish decorating her razor sharp talons. She may be deadly, but she is graceful and unique, differing from the crowd. Though, even if she is unlike the others, she is still an outcast, not only to her people, but to other races as well, since her kind has a horrible reputation amongst most of Azeroth's inhabitants.

Character Personality (Please write at least three lines.)

Sweet with a hint of spice, Oudi is a unique individual to one of the extreme degrees. As a hatchling, she was raised by a troll with an abnormal obsession with harpies. If he didn't keep this a secret, he would have been just as much of an outcast as Oudi is. Though, it was fairly easy for him to hide an obsession and a stolen harpy egg. Another story, for another time. Oudi was raised by a loving father, of sorts, thus, forming into a different sort of harpy. It's not that she's more sophisticated, since harpies are generally intelligent, but she is far less savage. Even still, she does have a bit of a violent streak within her, by nature, but she'd never want to harm her raiser, and similarly, no other mortal being. She knows that not all mortals are bad, so she has tolerance, unlike other beings of her kind.

Despite being raised as a secret, that didn't stop her from peering out of his window every now and then, out into the streets. She'd see women dressed in some sort of tribal garb. Personally, she thought it was a tad ugly. Though, she'd see some women, from time to time, with tipped ears and wearing all these gorgeous clothing, and even had different colors to their face. She grew fond of these looks, and only wished to mimic them, thus becoming vane, as well.

Character History (Please write at least one paragraph.)

Not too long back, in relevance to Azeroth's timeline, there was a clutch of eggs laid shortly after a harpy had selected her target, an unsuspecting man. He was not only a man, and an eventual dinner, but he was a sort of catalyst for life before he was eaten by the attacker. Thus, Oudi came into existence as a developing baby, waiting to hatch from her shell and experience life.

Shortly after, a rather peculiar troll got an idea in his head. What if he raised his own harpy? What if he formed a parental bond with the creature he had such an obsession with. Now, no one's to judge, but if anyone were to have known this man, they'd think he was a nutcase. Raising a harpy? Who'd ever heard of such madness? Nevertheless, he packed up some items vital for his journey, and set off from his little home in Orgrimmar.

The guards were curious, what brought this unsocial hermit from his 'cave'. "I'm on a journey, mon! I be back soon, doin' a service for da Horde, you know mon? Killin' da harpies." The guards grinned and saluted the lone troll, both of them thinking on the same wave-length. They thought sure he'd be killed upon walking a centimeter into harpy territory. The mocking grin of the guards didn't discourage this obsessed troll, though. He set off on his journey... to Thousand Needles! He didn't mention exactly where he was going to fight harpies. Those guards would have found it odd if he had said he was going to the Thousand Needles and not the nest of harpies down the road. Not only did he have an obsession with harpies, but he particularly favored the blue harpies. No one ever understood why.

Several hours, if not a day, were spent walking along the provided paths, his map in hand. There was an area circled in a black, grainy ink-like fluid. He had determined that this was where the Screeching Harpy nests were. This conclusion was reached upon him travelling to the Thousand Needles before, asking locals about any harpy sightings. The feedback was positive, though all with horrible stories of gore attached to them. Screeching Harpies were very vicious, indeed, but the troll wasn't just a lunatic, he was brave and determined.

Finally, he came to the fork in the road, the two paths, one leading to The Shimmering Flats, and the other to Feralas. The nest location on the map, was just up ahead of this fork in the road, though, it was a little to the west, as well. He trekked off the road, wandering between the towering stone structures.

Being an experienced fighter the beasts that walked the dusty grounds of this land weren't too much of a great challenge. Even still, every now and then he'd need to stop to rest up for a bit. He may be experienced, but it's still tiring fending off wild beasts. One thing was certain though, sleeping in such wilderness wasn't allowed, and it'd be best for him to, at least, make it back to the pathways before nightfall.

At last, he came upon the harpies' territory, looking up to the cave above and observing the slope that led up to the opening. Just below the entrance was a nest, hanging from the cliff above the bottom of the slope. Gripping his weapon and shield handle tightly, he treaded on into the deadly territory. The harpies, needless to say, noticed his intrusion, darting in to dispose, or make use, of the invader. Aiming to progress to the nest, he fought off the attacking harpies. Killing them was a true shame, for him, but it was necessary to carry out his plan.

It took a good while before the flow of harpies ceased. He plopped onto the ground, exhausted. Hoping the harpies within the cave failed to notice him, he crawled to the beginning of the slope, leaning against the cliff wall. As he tried to catch his breath and relax a moment, he looked up above, staring at the nests. Not too far and he'll be at his goal.

After giving himself enough time to rest up, he trudged on up the slope, reaching the edge of the entrance. Crouching down, he placed his shield on his back, facing the cave opening, slowly creeping towards one of the egg and bone filled nests. Finally, he grabbed hold of an egg, cradling it in one arm whilst gazing upon it. The rather touching moment was ruined upon a shrill screech being heard from behind him.

Angry harpies flew swiftly towards him, angered by, not only his presence, but by him attempting to steal an egg. Quickly standing to his feet, he shoved his weapon between his teeth and clamped his shield beneath an arm. The hand, which belonged to the shield clamping arm, held the egg firmly to his chest while he drew forth what energy he had left to run down the slope and away. While running, he slid his back pack, which was only slung over his free arm, off and into his free hand. The harpies drew near, he'd have to fight them off at some point, but some things are just more important before a battle. Finding himself at a dilemma, the backpack's bone shard had the leather loop over it, thus being securely shut, and no free hands left to open it. Being resourceful, he used a tusk to lift the loop up and over the shard, quickly sliding the egg into the backpack and sliding one arm loop over the free arm. This man had craftily given the backpack with a sort of 'padding', using wool cloth he had stored to put inside it so the egg would be cushioned.

Ensuring the safety of his egg, he took the weapon from his teeth, turning around to face his fierce and angered foes. He fought only with the sword, his weapon, until he could get the shield handle in his other hand. As he hacked and slashed away at them, one harpy had snuck behind him and latched onto his backpack with her taloned feet. A force was felt at his right arm, the strap tugging on it as it was lifted. Looking behind him, he caught sight of the sneaky one, reaching back to send a slash to her legs. The harpy was hit, immediately releasing the bag as one of her legs bled viciously, her writhing in pain.

The harpies attacking from the front was more threatening than the one behind him, thus he redirected his attacks to the others before putting an end to the pest behind. Battling for several moments, the fight finally came to an end, the determined troll the victor, though bloodied and exhausted from such a rush. His breaths were heaved and his walk was rather exaggerated. Night fell ever closer, and he knew he had to get to the dirt paths, at the very least, before the black blanket covered the skies. As this, he forced himself to drag on a bit longer.

Sometimes, travelers would walk along these very paths. Happening to have some luck, a traveling druid passed his way. The Tauren seemed rather shocked to see such a ragged and exhausted person out here in the Needles, all alone. "What has happened to such a strong and fit appearing troll? Let me tend to your wounds, please," said the Tauren with the utmost concern. The troll's wounds were carefully bandaged and tended to. "Fightin'.. da harpies. Dey be fierce, mon.. T'anks for da help." Ofcourse, the troll kept quiet about the egg, it still being tucked safely away in his backpack.

Both of them stayed together for some while. If trouble were to come, he'd have an additional person to aid him. Night had fallen, making it dangerous to not only travel, but to sleep, as well. Hyenas would make a easy meal of a napping person, especially at night. The two had no choice but to keep each other company and keep one another awake.

Morning broke as the two looked to the brightening sky with tired eyes. They saluted one another, as danger had passed, and they both went their own way. Walking the same path, the troll returned back to Orgrimmar, saluting the guards as he passed on. It was no surprise that he was glad to be back in his cozy little home, but before he could get some decent, and well deserved, rest, he heated up a cauldron full of water. The egg was removed from the backpack and put in a flexible, leather sheet, which was hung over the decently warm cauldron. This acted as a form of incubation.

Over the next few weeks, more and more movement could be felt within the egg as the hatchling grew more, in anticipation of her release. It wasn't much longer that she poked her way out, releasing herself to the world. She was lovingly cared for under the watch of the troll, and fed ample amounts of food. Even the grossest acts of aviary parenting was committed in her raising, regurgitating, and by no other than her fatherly troll.

He and her stayed within the house, with the exception of him leaving for necessaries. Oudi would spend time cuddled up to her 'father' if he was home, or peering out the window, observing people. As a toddler, she'd look out and admire the appearances of some people. She'd look up to her father with her ever-gazing eyes. "Pa.. I wanna be pretty, too... Why don't I have pretty things like her?" "Lil' Oudi, you be pretteh enough as it is. No one could be any prettiah than my Oudi." She'd give him a rather hopeless look, not exactly taking note of his touching statement, but still acknowledging it, in a ways. She spoke fluently, since she often observed people talking in the streets, squabbles, and the like, especially considering the communication between her and her fatherly figure. She failed to speak like an average troll, though. She thought it sounded silly.

One day, he looked down upon her, thinking to himself. "If she becomes an adult... how would she escape dis city wit'out bein' killed? She could fly.. but da guards could easily shoot her down... She's still lil'.. I can leave dis place, and find a new one for her safeteh. I could covah her in sheets, place her in mah backpack, and say I'm just.. leavin' for a bit." She finally noticed his gaze and stared up at him. "Hmm?" "Oudi, we need to leave dis place. You can't live here, in dis city. It be too unsafe, you know how I been tellin' ya how you're different... You're.. special... and people gonna get crazy jealous about it! It be unsafe for mah little Oudi." She'd raise a brow at him, but didn't question it one bit. "Ok, pa. Do what you need to get me out safely. We'll live somewhere far away, just us, right?" "Ofcourse." With that, he gathered his cloth laying around. "Oudi, if I gonna be sneakin' ya out, you need to fit in mah bag.. Dat be easiah said dan done... Let me pose ya." He sat her down on the ground and folded her scaled legs up to her chest, then pulled her arms around them. "Dat comfy for ya?" "It's ok..." "It will have to do, Oudi." He took the cloth he gathered and wrapped it all around her, except her nose and eyes, then he proceeded to pick her up and set her in the same backpack she was stolen in. The backpack was then heaved over his shoulders and both arms went through both loops. Last thing was to secure his weapon to his belt, and attach the shield to his backpack handle, covering the unsecured backpack top, her head slightly peeking out from it.

With that, he walked out from his home, leaving the rest of his possessions behind. Saluting the guards. As he neared, he spoke,"I be leavin' for a bit... Got some bus'ness to be attendin' to." He wandered off, in search of a new home for him and Oudi. This wandering went on for some time before he grew concerned, not for himself, but for Oudi. Food was no longer readily available at a store, and neither were beverages, he had to find not only a fair amount of game, but a river just as well. Though, a river would add a perfect advantage to any hunt.

Over the distance travelled, wandering, he finally did come across a river. Several animals came to quench their thirst, making food no longer an issue. He decided it was just better to build a small little hut, at least, from scratch. Resources for this, though, weren't the easiest to obtain in such a biome. Determined, as always, he travelled along the river, hoping to find something to help him. A dried up tree, some hay, anything to form a structure. The only things he had, other than Oudi, in his backpack, were the little things carried in the outer pockets. Flint and wood, string, and even some gunpowder.

It wasn't long before Oudi woke from her bored slumber. She had fallen asleep on the trip, not finding it to be too entertaining. Upon waking, she began to complain and tried her best to squirm around to get the troll's attention. The motion was felt as he sat his backpack down to pull the cloth down from her mouth. "What ya be needin', Oudi?" "I'm hungry, and this cloth is messing up my feathers... When can I come out of this? ".. If dey see you flyin' around, dey still get crazy jealous. May hurt little Oudi. I'll get ya some grub, d'ough." The top flap of the backpack was pulled back over her head and the arm loops were put back on. Thanks to the river, he didn't have to look far for a meal, quickly locating a drinking swine and downing it, as necessary. Fire crackled within the next couple of minutes, flint and wood seemed to have worked out quite well for this trip.

After an hour or so, a delicious smell rose from the cooked swine. Oudi was so famished that she even drooled over the mere smell. Soon she would be fed, as he pulled the swine from the fire and allowing it to cool. It sat for several minutes, perhaps an hour, before it was ready, Oudi's stomach growling, quite audibly, all the while. He removed his backpack, dragging it beside him and removing Oudi, unwrapping her from the cloth 'prison'. Speaking, he apologized. "I be sorry about dat. Jus' tryin' to keep my Oudi safe." Oudi payed no mind, she instead ogled the swine, eager to rip into it. The troll observed this, granting her permission to do as she pleased with the dinner, filling herself as needed, feeling quite better upon eating.

The time for resting had passed. Oudi knew she still had to remain unnoticed, so she sat inside the backpack as he walked on with her and his shield attached to his back. Supplies where found here and there, but rarely in abundance. Whatever he did gather was immediately put to use when he got back to the location he wished to build the hut, tying it into a roof or wall structure piece.

Many fire-lit nights passed before this task was, at last, completed. They finally possessed their new home, though, it wasn't the greatest built, but it had to do and it served its purpose. Wood was still gathered and stored to light up at night, for warding off any predators, and also for cooking meals or decontaminating water.

Oudi and her father lived here for quite some time as she grew and matured in her life. Now a fully grown harpy, at this point, she still failed to leave the hut. She cared too much to just leave her father behind. Plus, he fed her, after all. She was unsure about life on her own, but at one point, everyone needs to go out on their own, and experience life, whether it be through force or by an urge.

The wood income wasn't at its best this month. The stocks had been dwindling, each day. A desperate thought crossed the troll's mind. Perhaps burning the hut, a little at a time, would be enough to ward off predators at night, at least until he could store up more resources. This was done until the hut's walls were half way depleted. Pieces from the roof were taken next, until a fourth was missing. He knew he couldn't continue this much longer. No form of hut was just as bad as no fire for the night.

Stored up wood was burned at night, gradually depleting their supply until there was none left for a night. They slept, with no fire, after chowing down on a swine, some of its remains still laying around. This, was a terrible mistake. The scent of flesh carried through the gentle night's wind and into the nostrils of nearby raptors. They cautiously wandered to the remains of the cooked pig. One raptor managed to get to it quicker than the others, snatching it up, and scampering off with his meal. The other raptors came for food, and they were too determined to walk away with nothing, looking on to check out the hut.

Harpy and troll slept peacefully, failing to notice their uninvited guests. The two remaining raptors crept in, one eyeing the troll, and the other looking to the harpy. Soon, they attacked, immediately waking the two, feeling the sharp teeth digging into their flesh. Shocked, Oudi flew up immediately, instinctively kicking back whatever was attacking her. Upon snapping out of her few seconds of shock, she became alert, catching sight of the situation at a glimpse. She angrily scowled, fighting back her raptor as best as possible.

For Oudi, this was her first battle, but she was already equipped with her talons, where as her father was caught by surprise, and weaponless. This was already known by the frantic Oudi, trying to kill off her attacker so she could assist him before it was too late. It took longer than usual for her to down her first kill, giving the other raptor plenty of time to rip into the parental. Furious, she swiftly attacked the other, trying her best to save her beloved father, but it was sadly, too late. He laid on the ground, torn and bloodied, barely hanging onto life.

The last raptor was killed, Oudi quickly picking up her father, as he spoke to her in staggered speech. "Oudi, mah sweet Oudi, I don't have much longah. Please live ya life to da fullest. Don't let mah passin' drag ya down. I wouldn't want mah little Oudi to be sad ova me." She couldn't help but to feel an overwhelming sense of despair, weeping while clinging on to her dying father, bloodying her chest. "You're not going to die! I can take you into town and get someone to help you.. I can't lose you.." "Oudi, it be mah time. Remembah.. dey get crazy jealous... if dey see my beautiful little Oudi." He mustered a smile, and a wheezed, weakened laugh, looking into the eyes of his daughter as his spirit ascended beyond his body.

Oudi stayed cooped up in the hut with the decaying corpse of her father, weeping and taking out her anger on whatever creature dared to wander near, though, refusing to eat. Her energy dwindled and her already slim frame became even more slender. The facts were faced, she had to eat something, at the very least, so she snacked on a nearby carcass, ripping into its soft flesh.

Re-energized, she gathered the two separate piles of hay they both slept on, clumping it into a large one, gently laying the corpse of her father, and his possessions, on top of the large hay 'bed'. "I'll live my life pa... but you'll always be with me, in my heart. Your little Oudi will never forget." Sighing, she lit the hut aflame, not wishing predators to eat at her father's remains once she left. As it burned, she flew off to fulfill her father's dying words; to live her life."I'm going to be just as strong as you, pa. I'll be a great traveler, resourceful and wise, just like my pa," she thought.

Today, she indeed wanders Azeroth, fending for her own, trying to make the best out of her irregular life. She knows the truth behind the 'jealousy' her father spoke of, now. She's learned, harpies are one of the pests that plague this world, and generally speaking, people dislike them strongly. This being the situation, she cautiously approaches any being, keeping them at a distance, trying to convince them she won't attack. Needless to say, not many people believe it and may even attack, leaving her to defend herself against them. Even still she hasn't killed any other being, except wild beasts.

PART IV: CHARACTER - Goods & Bads

Advantages • What is your character better than standards at? (Please write no more than four.)

-Close ranged combat: Since she relies mostly on her talons, considering she is no where near being an elite harpy with spells, she is extremely experienced with close ranged combat, since this is her only form of killing and obtaining food to support her diet.

-Fury: In the more extreme situations, she becomes enraged, fury coursing through her veins. Blinded by her fury, she becomes heartless, and her attacks become more vicious and dangerous. This naturally comes from her bloodlines.

-Arm Strength: Due to her humanoid body, yet ferocious battle skills, it would be assumable that bones are only slightly lighter than human bones, or other similar racial bones, but not as light as a bird's bone structure. Since this is assumable on account of their battling being so ferocious that it would break brittle bones, which are used for flight, it is, also, assumable that if the bones aren't entirely similar to a bird's structure, arm strength makes up for it in order to keep them aerial.

Disadvantages/Weaknesses (Please write at least two.)

-Perishable Wings: Since feathers are an absolute must for flight, damaging them can lead to issues in aerial creatures, especially one that is dependent on flight for attack.

-Easily Immobilized: Damage done to, especially, the legs and wings can lead to major issues in harpies, especially for combat. This can also effect their hunting skills, ruining their effectiveness.

-Vital Legs: The flesh between the strong, bird-like leg scales is very tender, causing great pain if damaged. Not only that, but breaking a leg, or legs, takes a very important weapon from the harpy for aerial flight. From that point on, she could only depend on biting and risking the health of her wings to attack with her arms.

PART V: ABOUT

Knowledge What do you know about your class? (Write at least one paragraph)

The origin of harpies is unknown. Resembling a cross between a bird and a female night elf, some believe these are night elves that have been cursed after betraying Queen Azshara. Another belief is that they are night elves who gave themselves to Aviana, just as night elves would give themselves to Cenarius, before the War of the Ancients, where Aviana was supposedly killed, leaving the harpies without a matriarch, explaining their savage behavior.

The harpies have many enemies, claimed to be a pest to many races, especially Taurens and assumably the Quilboar. This is due to their aggressive and predatory behavior. Rumor has it that the only race that remain a 'peaceful' status with the harpies are the Kobolds. This is only because the Kobolds trade scavenged tools and weapons for protection from threat, on the harpies behalf.

Infestation is obvious to any nearby inhabitants, considering that they are very unclean, their stench staining the very area they inhabit, infecting their nests and bodies. The nests are not only filled with a clutch of eggs, or more depending on nest size, but are also littered with the remains of their victims. Due to such unhygienic living courters, they're generally immune to infections and disease that originate from decay or contaminants.

Generally speaking, harpies will nest in, or near, caves, in mountain ranges, and within canyons. They will quickly span over their area, claiming more and more territory, taking whatever they can and killing whatever, and whoever, they can if it dares to enter their area. They become a big problem to locals unless the are driven out of their intended territory, forced to find a new location. Unfortunately, they have spanned out even to Northrend, though very little, if any, sightings have been made in the Eastern Kingdoms, while majority of the nests remain in Kalimdor.

Majority of the harpy population will use crude weapons, or more simply, their talons for combat. The more elite members of their nests possess mastery over elemental power, specifically the element of storms. These nest elites are much more deadly than the typical harpy.

On top of the vile behavior and hygiene, they appear to have no male harpies to breed with, considering no known sightings. Since this is the case, they often breed with men they capture before consuming them as dinner. They may reproduce with almost any race of their choosing, though they have a preference towards elves, humans, and orcs. In hardier times, they can lay a clutch of unfertilized eggs, which will hatch into a genetic copy of the mother.

Why - Why do you want to play this class / race or use this title? •

The idea of RPing a harpy has always intrigued me, not just because of the inspiration picture, but because, I, myself, can imitate a harpy screech. The image shown above has always brightened my outlooks on them, to top it off. It's nice to see something different than the average bear, and it gives them a more lovable character, having similar needs and interests as us, whether it be exactly what she's doing, painting her nails, to something as generalized as tending to vane needs. As these thoughts further developed in my mind, I imagined. At first, I thought of creating her into a sweet, innocent, child-like harpy, but what's the fun in that? A little spice never hurts, plus, I personally think it'd be a true feat of strength to ever raise a harpy to be such a individual. In the end, I'm probably as good as the troll, possessing a bit of an obsession, as well. I can imagine several entertaining situations Oudi could run into, thus seeing a future for her RP.

PART VI: Roleplaying Example(s)

Please answer your response to one. These will be answered as if it's your character in these situations. You're free to choose whichever you like.

Whilst exploring Azeroth or Outlands, a huge, unknown monster suddenly springs up from out of the blue and is much larger than you, and seems more powerful. What do you do?

A frightened, and startled, look spilled on Oudi's face, suddenly. This large behemoth of a monster appeared from, seemingly, no where. It's immense size was enough to intimidate her, causing her to slowly drift backwards, her winged arms rotating counter-clockwise to do so. When she felt she was at a reasonable distance from the beast, she simply stopped and observed the behavior. She feared if she fled, like she so desperately wished to, that the beast would give chase, and the situation wouldn't end pretty. As that, she stayed where she was, just waiting for something to happen, whether it attacked, or walked away. She hoped it would walk away, but if its first movement was towards her, or even if a spell it possessed was aimed in her direction, you could bet she was going to dart away as fast as her wings would allow.

PART VII: OATH

In your own words, write the following extract:

Quote:
I make an oath that I will not use this character as means to godemoting or metagaming, and in breaking this vow so, I permit the GMs to revoke the application completely and be fully honest when complaining.

As a fair and logical player, I solemnly swear that I shall never use this character, and permitted race, if it is accepted, as means to God-mod, Meta-Game, Power-Game, etc. If I make a poor decision that would break this promise, the GMs have every right to revoke my application, and the race, all the same. Should I complain about the revoking of my race and application, I shall speak with nothing but the truth.

Additionally, considering my race, I shall not attack and/or kill any other player's character without permission, this includes the harpies' habit of capturing men and breeding with them, which I would never want to do, anyways.

That is insane... I would NEVER be able to write something that huge.

It's just crazy.

I bear allegiance to powers untouched by time, unmoved by fate.
No force on this world or beyond it harbors the strength to bend our knees.
