yes but if drawn in a sequence, they can be. My point was that you were saying that animating it would be the easy part and making the frames would have been the hard part, but those acts are one and the same, so in effect, my saying animating being harder in some programs that aren't built for it is correct. |

if you can import the video into a program that allows you to export frame stills, then it's possible to make a gif out of video that way. |
