remember to use a dime sized drop not the whole tube... may sound dumb, but you dont know how many times a day i pull a cpu fan off to see thermal compound down inside the CPU sockets (ruined Motherboard) Edited by discipline, Dec 7 2011, 03:52 PM.

A lot of people do it differently I normally put a decent size dot in the middle and spread to the sides but I know others like to so very small lines of it across the entire thing. |

I would stick with some sized dot in the middle. The heat sink will spread it for you. |

By the way, it is built, and works like a dream! Can't wait to try Skyrim on it. |

Build your own. If this is your first build Newegg has a nice selection of combos that are put together for you. You will still need a few things but they are a great place to start. http://www.newegg.com/Store/Promotion.aspx?storeid=33&name=DIY-PC-Combos Also they have how to videos. If you want to start from scratch start with s CPU socket type and build the computer from there. |
