Hii.. I hope someone can help me with this, i scoured the internet for a solution for a few days now but have been unable to find one. I am running a Pi3 B with the latest version of Rasbian Lite. (stretch) Davfs2 is running, secrets file was created ( wanted to connect the pi through Webdav to my online drive.) I installed davfs2. edited /etc/fstab and the secrets file with the pi account, using sudo. Everything works just fine, except for one thing: Everytime the pi needs a reboot i need to enter my credentials manually when the webdav connection gets mounted, because fstab apparantly doesn't 'see' the secrets file in which the credentials to that drive are are stored. (At least that's what i think is happening) This means i have to babysit the device every time there has been a power failure or a reboot for whatever reason. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References:- https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=202419 Startup Explainers |
