Almost Perfect.

![]() I. Something Wicked This Way Comes On the outskirts of one of their villages, a Yardratian came across a crashed Pod baring the markings of a group loosely affiliated with the Planet Trade Organization. The reputation of this particular group and their presence on Yardrat does not bode well for the natives. With tension and anxiety mounting amongst the pink-skinned aliens, they turn to you in hope that you will find the missing operator of the Pod and determine what happened to them -- what they want -- and if what they want is detrimental to the health of the people of this planet, they were wondering if you could handle that too. Maybe? Joint Optional Requirement(s): N/A Reward(s): Junkyard Ginyu Pod Time: 2 Days // 1000 wpd II. Not So Instant Transmission Gresash is on vacation. Seriously. Your luck could not get any worse. Of course, his son Xerash is willing to teach you the technique his father taught him. The only problem is Xerash is a little . . . out there. He's either a moron, or he's just too immature to focus. Or both. Probably both. If you want the technique that bad, this could take a while. Joint Optional Requirement(s): PL: 1,000 Reward(s): Instant Transmission Time: 3 Days // 1000 wpd III. Bad Trip A plant that grows native to Yardrat is said to have mind-opening properties, and somehow, at some point you consumed it. By mind-opening properties, Yardratians mean hallucinogenic and possibly mind-damaging to those that are not used to its effects. One of those side effects just happens to be temporary memory loss and delusions. A young Yardratian has been tasked with remaining by your side while you come down from your bad trip and remember who you are -- which, contrary to your belief, he tells you is not Walker, Texas Ranger. And he's getting tired of telling you that. The only upside is that you are promised some kind of epiphany following the end of this trip. Joint Optional Requirement(s): N/A Reward(s): Mental Stimulant // 1x Base EXP Gain Time: 3 Days // 1000 wpd (w/Yardratian, -300 wpd) IV. Left For Dead Not everyone was meant to handle the desert-lifestyle of Yardrat, and for one grieving tourist, she had wished somebody had told that to her son before he ran away. The locals say he was a thief who stole something of value from his parents before absconding into the desert, where he would have probably perished by morning in the particularly harsh heat of that day, not to mention the wildlife. The mother, of course, just wants her son back -- plus, she said the earrings he stole were broken anyway. If you can find him and return him safely to her, she'll reward you. Otherwise, maybe what he stole was of some value after all. Joint Optional Requirement(s): N/A Reward(s): 500z (Hero) // Chipped Potara Earrings (Villain) Time: 2 Days // 1200 wpd Upon Completion, Rogues must choose the following (Heroic or Villainous alignment must select according to their alignment): Heroic - Find the son perishing in the desert and revive him, then return him to his family. Villainous - Find the son perishing in the desert and put him out of his misery. Fish in his pockets for what he stole, and continue on your way, leaving his family to never know what happened to him. V. Cult of Personality A parade is scheduled to pass through Prapra Hamlet, the capitol city of Yardrat. In that parade is a controversial figure -- some call him prophet, some call him wise man, others call him a cult leader. The speeches he gives are generally upsetting to some and his beliefs are what one could call inflammatory. Somebody wants him taken out, and normally he isn't as exposed as he is now. Not to mention, an assassination in the middle of public would send a big message. Remove him from the picture by force and you will be rewarded. Joint Optional Requirement(s): Villainous/Rogue Alignment - If taken as a Rogue you may never take No Lost Prophets Reward(s): Prophet's Headband Time: 2 Days // 1000 wpd
VI. No Lost Prophets A hit man has been put on the case of a notable figure and the hit is going to go down during his parade through Prapra Hamlet. Now, this figure may be controversial, but his words have never caused the physical harm of another. He's also very steadfast in his decision to continue with the parade regardless. Let no harm come to him and you will be rewarded. Joint Optional Requirement(s): Heroic/Rogue Alignment - If taken as a Rogue you may never take Cult of Personality Reward(s): Prophet's Headband Time: 2 Days // 1000 wpd
VII. We Can Dance If We Want To Rumor has it there's a technique that is heavily guarded by the Yardratian people. With something like Instant Transmission at their disposal you know the pink-skinned people must have some real treasures to bestow. Their knowledge of the more unique arts knows no bounds. The question was, how are you planning on getting them to loosen their lips? Find out what they know and see if you can coerce a little something out of them. You heard there was an old sage outside of Prapra Hamlet willing to share a little something. For a price, of course. Oh, and consider bringing a friend. He enjoys the company. Too many is a crwod though. Requirement(s): N/A Rewards: Fusion Dance Time: 3 Days // 1000 wpd (w/only 1 other participant, -500 wpd)
VIII. Sandworms ... Hate 'Em Large creatures dwell in the desert that burrow under the sand and emerge from underneath to eat their victims. Thankfully, these worm-like creatures are near extinction, but they're still a problem for the planet and they do absolutely nothing of value for the eco-system. One in particularly, dubbed 'Scar' from the large slash he has across his side, has been a particular nuisance. Why is he such a problem? Well, ever since a Majin came to town, he's been riding Scar through villages and wreaking havoc. The Majin is out of his mind, and along with the sandworm, needs to be removed from the picture. Solo Only Requirement(s): PL: 800 Reward(s): 1x Base EXP Gain Time: 2 Days (1 RP, 1 Battle) // 1000 wpd Battle Info: Bealmot is a Majin practitioner of Haokiru. He is wearing Majin pants and has 1 Majin Cookie in his inventory.
IX. The Dark Side A novice Kashvar has decided to make his stay on Yardrat. He's looking for a guinea pig to practice some of his dark magic on and he needs someone with a dark heart. Come on, don't be such a wuss. He promises there's something in it for him. All he wants to do is create a mirror image of yourself and make you two fight to the death. Should you win, you'll get something of value and he'll have increased his dark powers. Should you lose, he'll have increased his dark powers. Okay, maybe it's slightly unfair, but you're not going to be a coward ... right? Solo Only Requirement(s): Villainous Alignment Reward(s): You may gain +1 of any non-Space Ship, non-Unique Item currently in your Inventory. Time: 2 Days (1 RP, 1 Battle) // 800 wpd Battle Info: Your opponent will be a perfect duplicate of yourself. X. Friendly Challenge A street performer/martial artist is looking for someone to put on a show with him. Business has been down and he needs someone who's going to make it look good. And he wants someone, most importantly, who isn't going to try and kill him -- so should he sense your intentions are devious, he will get the hell out of dodge. His claim to fame? His muscle memory ability while allows him to copy every move his opponent performs. Put him to the test and put on a good show for the viewing public. Solo Only Requirement(s): Heroic Alignment Reward(s): Yardratian Warrior Outfit // 200z Time: 2 Days (1 RP, 1 Battle) // 800 wpd Battle Info: Your opponent is a Yardratian who will have the same move set and max Transformation Level as you. He will be wearing a Yardratian Warrior Outfit and Desert Sash. You cannot be killed in this match, and defeating Streetperformer is not considered a kill.
XI. Inception In the desert wasteland, a mad scientist has set up shop. In his lab are the unconscious bodies of Yardratians who have been reverted to their natural form. Several tables are lined with cadavers from failed experiments. The scientist wishes to dive into the minds of these aliens and retrieve their knowledge to further his research. On the upside, the experiments are largely a success -- for the one sent into their mind. On the downside, the Yardratian tends to kick the bucket when the plug is pulled. But ... do you really care? Joint Optional Requirement(s): PL: 1,000 // Villainous Alignment Reward(s): You may add one non-Mastery move from any Yardratian Martial Arts Trainer to your move set or Misc. Move Pool. // 1x Base EXP Gain Time: 5 Days // 1000 wpd XII. Pull The Plug In the desert wasteland, a mad scientist has set up shop. Innocent Yardratians are being kidnapped and finding themselves victim to his experiments. Needless to say, somebody needs to pull the plug and the concerned citizens of the planet have requested help. Bring down the mad scientist and put an end to his experiments, hopefully rescuing as many of the Yardratians as you can. Do so, and a village elder has agreed to give you a very unique, intellectual gift. Joint Optional Requirement(s): PL: 1,000 // Heroic Alignment Reward(s): You may create a Basic Skill or Constant Skill to be balanced by an Administrator // 0.5x Base EXP Gain Time: 5 Days // 1000 wpd Edited by Jerusalem, May 1 2011, 08:11 PM.
