God knows what. The only thing you know is upon arrival you found her in the skies, tossing Yardratians around like play-toys. Alela herself had taken on an unusual appearance, her face spotted and she was wearing the Yardratian Warrior Outfit, leading you to believe that at some point she had absorbed one of the townfolk. Thrusting her foot into the gut of another Yardrat, an explosion was made and the peaceful alien was gone. In the blink of an eye she was on another, ripping into it with an array of punches. Throwing herself into a transparent ball, she rolled towards a huge junkpile and exploded. The mess of fragments flew through the air and you were forced to duck for cover. And there she was in front of you, smiling sinisterly. Big, white teeth being shown to you up close and personal. " Alela like you! " She exclaimed, and patted you on the head. " Alela teach you . . . we can have fun together, yes! " She grabbed you in a headlock and . . . well, she was either taking you away to teach you or play dress up, which was made even more odd by the fact that she appeared to be a 40 year old Majin/Yardratian hybrid. Sleep on that one for a while. // Skills Akaikaru Gambit // Learning Days: 3 // Advanced Attacks Akaikaru Shock Fist [ PHYSICAL, ENERGY, PUNCH, MANIPULATED KI ] // Learning Days: 3 Akaikaru Quick Discs [ ENERGY, MANIPULATED KI, VOLLEY ] // Learning Days: 2 Akaikaru Prism Inferno [ ENERGY, BLAST, MANIPULATED KI ] // Learning Days: 3 Akaikaru Fire Storm [ ENERGY, VOLLEY ] // Learning Days: 3 // Blocks Akaikaru Dazzling Gymnastics // Learning Days: 2 ![]() Trainer: Pierrot The crowd was at least twenty aliens deep in all directions, which made pushing through the gathering a difficult task. Front row seats to the spectacle were unnecessary though as the show took place in the yellow sky above the city. A group of ten - fifteen fighters were all ganging up on one poor, frail-looking Yardratian noticably different from the others from the thick, heavy cloth he wore. When one of the Yardratian's spoke up, it was as if they were reading your mind. " The one they are after is Pierrot, " The soft-spoken alien informed. Pierrot, eh? The one he spoke of certainly seemed to be prepared for a beating as the fighters circled him and got into formation. You could tell they were gearing up for a strategic assault on the poor fool. Looks like he would be Pierrot no longer, and you wondered what he did to deserve this monstrous assault. " They are testing a Master. They think he is too old. No good. He has nothing left to teach his students. " By the looks of it, you couldn't disagree. It looked like he would soon be pulverised by his own students, yet he looked as calm as a Hindu cow. Crunch-time! The fighters launched themselves at Pierrot, sweeping in with a volley of attacks. The blurred movements were hard to keep up with and soon all that could be made out were a ball of limbs. " They have much to learn. " The Yardratian looked. When you looked over at him . . . you were surprised to see Pierrot standing next to you. He looked up to you and smiled humbly. " They are not fast enough. Not sharp enough. Not wise enough. And they are far too aggressive . . . do you wish to know my tricks? " // Skill Aoyusumu Zen State // Learning Days: 2 // Advanced Attacks Aoyusumu Tranquil Strike [ PHYSICAL, PUNCH ] // Learning Days: 4 Aoyusumu Braced Beam [ ENERGY, BEAM ] // Learning Days: 3 Aoyusumu Frost Wind Technique [ ENERGY, BEAM ] // Learning Days: 3 // Signature Techniques Aoyusumu Epitaph To War [ PHYSICAL, PUNCH ] // Learning Days: 5 ![]() Trainer: Dr. Yuggo The good Doctor waved his arms over the bloodied patient gaping wound, shut his eyes and focused his chi into the bloody hole. The flesh healed slowly, but with zero pain as the patient remained awestruck and silent. When the wound was completely sealed, the Doctor dabbed a wet cloth over the wound to wash away the blood. " That is a technique they do not teach you in med school, " He joked. The elder Yardratian was once a champion fighter, but as you heard had turned himself over to a life of saving those in need. " Learning to channel my chi into others to heal their wounds took . . . ages. But, that's not what you're requesting of me, are you? " He looked up into your eyes, blinking his red eyelids. " You want to know how to channel energy to use for fighting. Sigh. Oh, what it is to be young, " He chuckled. " Well, I haven't taken a student in ages, but we'll see what we can do. Weeping openly, he begged for forgiveness while the building in the background smoldered. A tall Yardratian in orange robes stepped forward, and once the boy recognized him his weeping became more intense. " I'm s-s-so sorry Master! I should have listened to you! " The boy grasped his leg, begging for forgiveness in between cries. The Master patted him on the head, but turned him over to the police. Intrigued, you went to ask the Yardratian, but he turned to you first. " Kotch was a student of mine. He was born with a gift for generating powerful bursts of energy. He wished to compete in tournaments, but he was highly undisciplined. Power is nothing without the ability to channel it. I can destroy planets, child. I have more power in my pinky than most martial artists attain in a life time . . . but without proper control, I might end up overloading my power and doing just what Kotch did. I know just how to channel my power . . . " He pointed to a mountain off in the verizon, way pass the city limits. With a snap of his fingers, the mountain erupted and was turned to rubble in an amazing explosion. " Kotch dropped out. I have room for another pupil. The helpless hume female shrieked as the Saiyan held her up by her throat against the wall, demanding her purse. Should you interfere? Was this your business? Before you could re-act, you saw an eerie shadow creeping across the wall. You were not the only one who noticed a third party as the Saiyan caught the movement out of his peripheral, releasing the woman and cracking his neck. " We got a hero out there? " He said in a gravelly voice. The shadow once again skirted the building walls but . . . there seemed to be no one out there willing to claim it. The Saiyan snickered and toyed with the idea of it just being tricks of the light, but then he heard the clamoring of metal and a fallen garbage can. He turned to face it -- but there was nothing there. When he turned straight forward, the girl had disappeared. Instead, a tall Yardratian stood . . . and you hadn't seen him make his entrance either. Cupping his hands together, he opened his palms and blew a magical powder into the face of the Saiyan who merely stumbled backwards. His eyes rolled into the back of his head before he collapsed to the floor, unconscious. " Sweet dreams. " The Yardratian spoke, though you did not see his lips move. You heard it inside your head . . . and then he turned to look in your direction, nodding his head in acknowledgement. " Uta. Master of the Art of Confusion. The blast furnaces were going full blast. The Yardratians were willing to slave away to forge new pieces to repair broken down crafts and receive zero pay . . . either they were saints or just stupid. Passing by the workers who swung the large sledgehammers that seemed to large for some of their bodies, you headed towards the back of the room where the master blacksmith was said to be. The mechanical man known as Prefect dipped his hands into the fire without protection and pulled -- once again without anything protecting his hands -- a sheet of malleable steel from the flame pit. Despite being made of various metals, the Android did not fall apart from the heat. In fact, you were surprised as he began striking the metal with his bare hands. " It is not what I am made of, if that's what you are thinking, " He commented without looking up. " It is what I made myself to be. The bits and pieces that make me what I am have nothing to do with the power I wield, " The steel was re-shaped by his bare hands into a new pod door, perfectly. " Your bones. Your muscles. They are what you are made of . . . and I can teach you how to make yourself more. You will break your bones. You will tear your muscles. And you will be rebuilt, flawless. Hadn't you seen this guy somewhere before? The old man had made a fortune in trading his secrets. Fact of the matter was, most people on the planet actually knew his technique. Some were fighters, others just wanted to say they had trained under one of the greatest Budokai Champions in history. Regardless, he had something you needed. Walking into his mansion, the old man was a titan: the largest human you had ever seen. A gigantic white bushy beard and long white hair made you suddenly think of-- "Ho, ho, ho!" . . . great. You were going to be taught by Santa Claus. "I see I have another looking to glean some of the tricks of the greatest fighter planet Earth has ever produced!" The man floated over to you. At least he knew what he was doing. "The first thing you have to do is click your heels together, and discover what makes you truly happy!" You almost slapped him across the face out of annoyance. While it was a fact that every Yardratian knew the technique, Gresash was the famed tutor that had taken a technique that used to take even skilled fighters over a year to learn and reduce it to a matter of days. The man was a prodigy, unlike any other. It was said he had mastered Instant Transmission; it was said he could even go into other dimensions. Regardless, you had a feeling learning THAT technique would take longer than a few mere days. As you entered his small hut, you were somewhat surprised someone who was so valuable was so humble. Attired in a basic Yardratian warrior uniform, Gresash turned and faced you. Despite his small statue and appearance, his voice made it seem like you were a few inches tall. "Welcome," He moved to the outside. "I know why you are here. Let us not waste time with formalities. Before we begin, however . . . " He disappeared. Reappearing, he had somehow manifested two earth-apples in his hands. Had he really just-- ". . . would you like an apple before we begin?" // Skills Instant Transmission // Training Days: 2 Edited by Red, May 30 2011, 10:20 AM.
