Alignment: Rogue History: Eleven years ago, on a dark and rainy night, the mad scientist, Dr. Haffenreffer, cackled maniacally. Now that his creation was complete, he could finally get revenge on his peers. In front of him lay Killian Fury, the bio-android, still un-activated. As lightning pealed across the sky, Dr. Haffenreffer flipped the switch that would start Killian Fury's life. As electricity coursed into Fury's body, the doctor cackled even more, visions of his new creation slaying all those that have wronged him flashing through his mind. But there was one thing that Dr. Haffenreffer didn't count on. Emily Canner, Dr. Haffenreffer's assistant, watched all of this through a window. Just the day before she had sabotaged the doctor's creation, deactivating the control chip inside of Killian Fury. Her hopes were that when Fury awoke, he would end the mad scientist's life. Then, she would use the device that was resting inside her vest pocket to take control of him. But, luckily for Killian Fury, her plan would not unfold as she expected. As Killian Fury awoke, his energy exploded outward. When Emily deactivated the control chip it also rent control of Fury's ki away from him. As he tried to wrestle for control, his black ki enveloped the room. Then, just when he thought that he couldn't handle anymore, it all rushed back inside of him, focusing on one point. Fury looked down bewildered, and as he went to stand up the imploded ki went critical and exploded out from him, destroying the building and snuffing out the two lives that were in the vicinity. Now, with no direction, and a sense that his ki could explode out of his control again, Killian Fury traveled to the forest to try to gain full control over his ki. Years later, Fury seeks out a trainer. On Earth, he found Duke, a Freestyle master, from which he learned Bukujutsu. Afterwards, unable to find a proper teacher on Earth, he found transportation to Yardrat. On Yardrat he found Kat'shh, a master of Kiihakai. Kat'shh taught Fury the basics of Kiihakai, which he took a liking to, as well as Kiihakai Swift Recovery. Then he traveled to Vegeta, where he learned Kiihakai Downward Spiral from Gure, a master of Kiihakai. On Vegeta, he also learned of the coming war. After spending some time on Vegeta, Fury traveled back to Earth where he has been training until present day. Aura Color: Black Signature Technique:

Mastery [0 Slots] Kiihakai Tactical Mastery Mastery Description: People tend to forget that a Kiihakai master approaches a fight in highly intelligent matter. Before a battle even starts, a master already has every possible situation drawn out in his mind, and never takes action without thinking about the possible consequences. Preparation is the key to victory, and they know it. Effect: Your Constant Skills do not get counted towards your Hand Roll. Twice per match when your Constant Skill would be discarded it is not discarded. At the end of each combat, you may place a Constant Skill in play. At the end of a combat, if you have 3 or more Constant Skills in play, you may Transform. You cannot Transform with this effect in two consecutive Rounds. Requirement: Must know three Kiihakai techniques Skills [2 Slots] Bukujutsu Latent Skill Description: The ability to use one's own Ki to fly. Effect: The user can now fly in battle. Bukujutsu is a requirement to learn certain moves. This does not take up one of your Skill slots. If your opponent doesn't have Bukujutsu in their moveset, you gain +5 dice sides against them. Instant Transmission Latent Skill Description: The user dematerializes and moves as a mass of light, disappearing from view at an incredible speed. From that point, they can lock onto a Ki signature and materialize near it. Effect: Once per week, you can Instant Transmission yourself to another planet. You cannot use Instant Transmission to teleport you to another planet 2 weeks in a row. In the event that the planet you are is destroyed, you may use Instant Transmission to take you to another planet (regardless if you used it the week before). This does not take up one of your Skill slots. Instant Transmission is a requirement to learn certain moves. Kiihakai Power Guard Constant Skill Description: Having the ability to manipulate energy is not only powerful in the offense. Defensively, it could come in handy just as much. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1. CONSTANT - Your opponent's Advanced Attack physical attacks do a maximum of 3 power stages of damage. Kiihakai Swift Recovery Constant Skill Description: It’s not just important how much you can take, it’s how quickly you can recover. When in trouble, the most important thing is that you regain your momentum, so that you can bring the fight back on your side. Effect: RESTRICTEDx2. CONSTANT - Once per combat, after dealing 5 or more direct damage, you may discard a move from your Hand to gain 10 power stages. Anger Management Basic Skill Description: The user effectively utilizes their anger to their benefit in battle to deliver calculated, powerful attacks. Effect: RESTRICTEDx2. For the remainder of combat, whenever you gain anger, your attacks for the remainder of combat do +1 direct damage. You cannot use more than 1 "Anger Management" per combat. Kiihakai Protective Aura Constant Skill Description: Using his inner chi, the Kiihakai user surrounds himself with a powerful aura that protects him from incoming attacks. Effect: RESTRICTEDx2. CONSTANT - Your defensive dice results gain +1 for every Kiihakai Constant Skill you have in play. Your opponent's attacks do -2 direct damage. Advanced Attacks [6 Slots] 1. Goku's Kamehameha [ ENERGY, BEAM ] Advanced Attack Description: Cupping their hands atop one another, the user brings both hands back as they charge the attack. Upon completion, the arms are thrown forward, bringing with them a massive energy beam. Effect: Energy attack doing 6 direct damage. You may discard "Goku's Kamehameha" from your Hand to STOP a Beam-type energy Advanced Attack whose attack roll result is 22 or less instead of rolling a defensive roll. If your attack roll result is 27 or more, this attack does +2 direct damage. 2. Cell's Kamehameha [ENERGY, BEAM] Advanced Attack Description: Cupping their hands atop one another, the user brings both hands back as they charge the attack. Upon completion, the arms are thrown forward, bringing with them a massive energy beam. Effect: Energy attack doing 6 direct damage. Kiihakai Downward Spiral [ PHYSICAL, HOLD ] Advanced Attack Description: Latching onto the opposition around the waist, the user floats into the air, taking the victim with them. Turning upside down, the attacker slams the foe's head into the ground and then proceeds to spin around: grinding their head into the dirt. Effect: Physical attack doing +2 power stages of damage. SUCCESSFUL - If your attack roll result is double or more your opponent's defensive roll result, choose a Freestyle Basic Skill in your move set and place it into play. Requirement: Bukujutsu Midorikatai Power Stomp [ PHYSICAL, KICK, KNEE ] Advanced Attack Description: The user deploys one or two feet to the opponent’s body after knocking them to the ground with a hard strike. Effect: Physical attack. If you are in a Transformed state, this attack does +3 power stages of damage. SUCCESSFUL - If your Power Level is higher than your opponent's Power Level, your opponent cannot perform a physical attack during their next attack phase. Blocks [1 Slots] 5. Firing Back! Block Description: A retaliatory strike is made against an energy attack by utilizing the defender's own to neutralize it. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1. (You must discard an energy attack from your Hand to play this Block. You may also choose to remove an energy attack from your move set in order to play this Block instead.) Stop an energy attack. This can STOP focused energy attacks. Your opponent loses 4 Health. Signature Techniques [0 Slots] Fury's Critical Implosion [ ENERGY, BLAST ] Signature Technique Description: Fury explodes with ki energy, but this is not the real attack. As the ki envelopes his body, it implodes in on itself, and goes critical, creating a large explosion. Effect: (You may add this move to your Hand when you roll a perfect roll.) RESTRICTEDx1. Energy attack doing 12 direct damage. Costs 6 power stages and 2 Health. You may choose to lose 8 Health instead of paying the cost for this attack. SUCCESSFUL - Gain 3 Health and 3 power stages. Goku's Super Kamehameha [ ENERGY, BEAM ] Signature Technique Description: A variation of the Kamehameha attack, the performer makes use of all of the original attack's movements, with a single difference: condensing more than double of the original attacks energy into the same space. As a result of the added energy, this beam bears different properties with it than its ancestor, starting with a substantial increase in size. Effect: (You may add this move to your Hand when you roll a perfect roll.) RESTRICTEDx1. Energy attack doing 15 direct damage. Costs 7 power stages to perform. You may choose to lose 7 Health instead of paying the cost for this attack. SUCCESSFUL - If your attack roll result is 15 or higher, you may place another Signature Technique from your move set into your Hand. Kiihakai Shooting Star [ ENERGY, MANIPULATED KI ] Signature Technique Description: Taking to the air, the user powers up until they give off a brilliant light similar to that of a star before taking off in the direction of the opponent at high speeds, spearing them. Effect: (You may add this move to your Hand when you roll a perfect roll.) RESTRICTEDx1. Energy attack doing 10 direct damage. Costs 5 power stages to perform. You may choose to lose 5 Health instead of paying the cost for this attack. Mastery: Your opponent's defensive roll result must be double or more your attack roll result to STOP this attack.
