Alignment: rogue History: I have no name. Not really. I lived in pirates cove for my entire life and well…no one there can really even be considered more than animals. My “name” is just what they referred to me as. I was known as fallen because I used to be the person trying to get everyone to be more civilized when I was younger. That all changed around my fourteenth birthday. Up until that day I had lived peacefully, the saiyans in pirates cove all left me to myself for the most part since I was so young, even when I tried getting them to be nicer they would just laugh it off and ask me how I can think that way when I lived the way I did. Before I go on I must mention one other thing that separated me from the rest in pirates cove, I had no tail. Up until that point they all assumed I had just lost it somehow, as did I. But one day a stranger came. He came up to me and started causing problems with me, saying I had hit him and so on. One thing about pirates cove is that if you are not from pirates cove, you do not mess with people from there. So naturally a crowd gathered and when it looked like the mob would mercilessly kill this man he said a few words and they all turned their hateful gazes towards me. At the time I didn’t understand why but the man had called me something called a “tuffle” and said that the fact that I had no tail must be proof of this. And my outlook on life, my constant wanting to civilize the saiyans, a saiyan would revel in the chaos and violence but the fact that I wanted it to change just went to show even further that I was what they call a “tuffle”. I was beat and beat and I think the only reason I was left alive was because the people enjoyed beating their hated enemy and I was the only one they could find. My outlook on life changed that moment. I became more uncivilized than the saiyans and I started fighting back ferociously. They soon started calling me Fallen, as I had fallen to a level even lower than that of the animals around me. But unlike them I didn’t lose my intelligence in doing so. I still loved technology, I still loved thinking through problems and I still loved civilization, but if I would have let them see that they would have began the beatings all over again. I never saw that stranger again and I have no clue who he was. But when I heard that the tuffles were going to be in war with the saiyans I knew this was my chance. This was my chance for revenge on the saiyans and also to find out who or what I was, maybe find others like myself. So I left, I took a small boat and left pirates cove in the night. Tuffle Battle Garb [800z][EQUIPPED] Inventory Slots: 1 Description: A uniform consisting of a loose fitting, hooded tunic, and cloth pants. [FULL BODY] Effect: +4 Health. Gauntlets of the Fallen [EQUIPPED] Item Description: A pair of gauntlets with 7 holes in it, the gauntlets generate electro magnetic waves to hold Dragonballs in the place. The waves also point in the direction of nearby Dragonballs. [ACCESSORY] Effect: -1 day to find a Dragon Ball to a minimum of 1. Dragon Balls only take up 1 Inventory slot, regardless of how many Dragon Balls you have. Once per Saga, whenever you would CAPTURE a Dragonball, you may CAPTURE 2 Dragon Balls instead. Followers of the doctrine of might know that the best way to eliminate an opponent is to overwhelm them from the very beginning of battle. Letting your enemy know that the opponent they face is mighty not only instills fear, but allows you to immediately gain the upper hand and keep it. Effect: You may start combat at your Level 1 or Level 2 Transformation. Whenever you check the PAT for base damage with a Midorikatai attack and you are not at 0 power stages, you may have the base damage be 2 instead of the printed amount. Your Midorikatai attacks gain "SUCCESSFUL - Your next attack does +1 power stage of damage." Learning Days: 5 Requirements: Must know three Midorikatai techniques. (Reminder: Deduct slots.) Skills [2 Slots] (Reminder: Deduct slots.) Bukujutsu Latent Skill Description: The ability to use one's own Ki to fly. Effect: The user can now fly in battle. Bukujutsu is a requirement to learn certain moves. This does not take up one of your Skill slots. If your opponent doesn't have Bukujutsu in their moveset, you gain +5 dice sides against them. Learning Days: 2 Instant Transmission Latent Skill Description: The user dematerializes and moves as a mass of light, disappearing from view at an incredible speed. From that point, they can lock onto a Ki signature and materialize near it. Effect: Once per week, you can Instant Transmission yourself to another planet. You cannot use Instant Transmission to teleport you to another planet 2 weeks in a row. In the event that the planet you are is destroyed, you may use Instant Transmission to take you to another planet (regardless if you used it the week before). This does not take up one of your Skill slots. Instant Transmission is a requirement to learn certain moves. Learning Days: 2 Burter's Special Fighting Pose Basic Skill Description: Throwing both arms out in opposite directions, the user then raises their left leg close to their body; balancing entirely on their right foot. Howling like a madman, this pose, despite its silliness, bears with it special properties that can alter the flow of battle. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1. Your next Advanced Attack roll gains +3 dice sides and +2 to the results. Gain 2 power stages. If your opponent has no Constant Skills in play, this Skill does not take up your attack phase to use. Learning Days: 1 Fallen's Charging skill Description: Fallen has learned how to let his instincts take over, allowing himself to fight more naturally and actually gain power as he fights instead of getting tired. RESTRICTEDx1. CONSTANT - Your physical attacks gain "If your roll result was 20 or more, gain 1 power stage." Midorikatai Power Buff Constant Skill Description: Using ones own ki a Midorikatai practitioner can increase their muscle mass and therefore bring more strength and force to bear behind their blows. Effect: RESTRICTEDx2. CONSTANT - Your physical attacks do +2 power stages of damage. Learning Days: 3 Advanced Attacks [4 Slots] (Reminder: Deduct slots.) Broly's Blaster Shell [ENERGY, BLAST] Advanced Attack Description: The user draws one arm all the way back behind them as a semi-transparent circle of green energy forms, quickly becoming smaller and more condensed into a bright green oblong mass of energy in the user's hand. The attack is then thrown along the ground (or at feet level if in the air) at the opponent. Effect: Energy attack doing 6 direct damage. You may pay +1 power stage to have this attack do +2 power stages of damage and +1 direct damage. Other than this attack's effect, the cost and damage of "Broly's Blaster Shell" cannot be modified. SUCCESSFUL - If your attack roll result is 22 or more, for the remainder of combat, your base damage with the PAT is considered +1 while you are at 1 power stage above 0 or more. Learning Days: 2 Fallen's Barrage of the Fallen Advanced Attack Description: Fallen goes into an animalistic frenzy and strikes viciously at his opponent. Effect: Physical attack doing +1 power stages of damage. SUCCESSFUL - For the remainder of combat, you may pay 1 power stage to have your physical attacks do +2 power stages of damage. You can only use this effect twice per combat. You cannot stack this effect. Broly's Gigantic Hammer [PHYSICAL, PUNCH, THROW] Advanced Attack Description: Delivering a sadistic uppercut that sends the enemy flying, the fighter continues their onslaught by flying up after the opponent, catching onto their face as they flew helplessly into the air. Enemy in tow, the user soars back to the ground below; driving their enemy into the bedrock. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1. Physical attack doing +5 power stages of damage. The damage of "Broly's Gigantic Hammer" cannot be modified by your other effects. Raise your anger 2 levels. SUCCESSFUL - If your attack roll result is 20 or more, set yourself to your maximum Power Level. Learning Days: 2 Midorikatai Focused Onslaught [ PHYSICAL, PUNCH, KICK, ELBOW, KNEE ] Advanced Attack Description: Taking their time before unleashing a flurry of attacks, the user is able to bring the momentum from this attack to the next. Effect: RESTRICTEDx1. Physical attack doing +3 power stages of damage. Mastery: Draw a move into your Hand. Learning Days: 3 Midorikatai Torture Rack [ PHYSICAL, HOLD ] Advanced Attack Description: The user lifts the opponent onto their shoulders, hooking their arm around the opponent's neck and applying pressure by pulling the opponent's back downwards. Effect: Physical attack doing +1 power stage of damage. SUCCESSFUL - Lower your opponent's anger 1 level. If your attack roll is 22 or higher, your opponent loses 1 power stage at the start of each of their attack phases for the remainder of combat. Learning Days: 2 Midorikatai Ground Eruption [ ENERGY, BLAST ] Advanced Attack Description: Focusing their energy underneath the opponent, the user fires off a column of energy that comes from beneath their foe. Effect: Energy attack. Lower your opponent's anger 1 level. SUCCESSFUL - If your attack roll result is 18 or more, your opponent cannot use attacks that require Bukujutsu for the remainder of combat. If your attack roll result is 23 or more, you may discard a Constant Skill in play. Learning Days: 3 Blocks [2 Slots] (Reminder: Deduct slots.) Signature Techniques [1 Slots] Broly's Gigantic Meteor [PHYSICAL, ENERGY, PUNCH, KICK, THROW, BLAST] Signature Attack Description: A Blaster Shell if formed in the user's hand as they take off for their opponent, smashing the energy attack into their face. While momentarily dazed, the user then lays into them with a heavy assault of physical attacks ending with the user grabbing the user by the face, flying towards the ground and throwing them into the unforgiving floor. From there, they levitate in the air, their arm extended towards the opponent while energy begins to gather into a neon green sphere by their extended palm. The Ki blowback from the energy ball makes it look as if a green Ki shield is being formed around the user. The large Ki sphere is then shot at the opponent. Effect: (You may add this move to your Hand when you roll a perfect roll.) RESTRICTEDx1. Energy attack doing 8 power stages and 12 direct damage. Costs 7 power stages to perform. You may choose to lose 7 Health instead of paying the cost for this attack. SUCCESSFUL - Your physical attacks cannot be STOPPED by defensive roll results of 10 or less for the remainder of the match.
