You cannot. As per the rule an item can only be transferred once per week (this includes in and out of storage). You've moved the Chlamys and Gauntlets once already this week (from your storage to your person). As such it cannot be returned to storage until week's end. Same deal with the Yardrat Outfit. Moved to storage already. That means you cannot remove it again until the week's end.
